I'm having alot of trouble with the Accessories, part of the contest. Well not exactly its the themes, can someone tell me what items to put on a Pokemon when it comes to the themes

It has not a big effect. The big effect is the sheen it has. Or the amount of berries you feed it's stat onto the contest you entered. Otherwise theres no big deal with the acessories.

natural: you can put the background as its natural habitat,put flowers on it a tree pebbles and rocks.
the shaply:put all kinds of shapes on it like fluff,glitter boulders,pebble in a round shape,a seashell,balloon,or ribbons
colrful: choose a bright scenery,pick colorful and bright colors and that is mainly it for color
sharp:put colors that stand out and are sharp like shedhorns.

From what I can tell, the background that you choose doesn't effect the amount of hearts you get. Having the accessories helps a lot and if it's done and placed correctly it can increase the amount of hearts dramatically. There's an element in that each Pokemon works with different items but I haven't experimented enough with that to get it working efficently...
But Poffin is definetly one of the main factors though in the Visual section.
