Whatever it was, it was fighting back. The code was starting to move beyond the parameters that it was born with. They had known that viruses could randomly generate, but no one thought it would be like this. The virus was crawling across the digital world, absorbing and corrupting data. Every vaccine they sent at it, even the Digimon vaccine, was instantly terminated. The programmer slammed his fist on the desk and continued to program wildly, trying all manner of codes. Suddenly, the code multiplied.

I had no idea what was going on, and I ran. Whatever it was chased me, and soon boxed me into a corner. It was some kind of black ghost thing, and it finally found me. It wrapped a strange tentacle around my arm and pulled me in. Whatever it was swallowed me, and I lost consciousness.

A part of the field seemed to cave in upon itself, contorting and twisting around, small spouts of water shooting up, beach sands coming from nowhere. Soon, the entire land warped and caved in upon itself, becoming a giant crater. Floating above that crater was a large, black sphere, threatening to swallow whatever it touched.

Story
This takes place post season 3, as that was the season unanimously decided by my co-leader and I. What happened was a virus managed to spontaneously create itself and break apart into two equal beings. One being a Digimon, and the other a human-like artificial intelligence. When they came in contact, they automatically DNA digivolved. After that, they created a Corrupted Zone, which linked the human world to the digital world. When this happened, it absorbed part of the human world into the digital world and created a zone created of both worlds. These are the only zones that the virus can function in. Too long in the human world, and they begin to separate. Too long in the digital world, and the built-in defenses start eating away at them. Your job, as a Digimon Tamer, is to find them, separate them, and delete them.
The digivolution problem of the digivolution power being embodied as Calumon has been remedied. After the last crisis, organizations around the world built large buildings that emit a part of the digivolution power. These allow digivolution in the human world. Such buildings were also created in the digital world, allowing digivolution in either world.
The digital gate was re-opened, as seen in the movies, and this allowed Digimon to move between worlds again. However, they can only travel via extreme power or human partner. As such, many powerful Digimon have escaped, but have also been squashed by programmers across the world. Now, in a time of crisis, Digimon need to cross over and find partners to help stop this terrible virus from destroying both worlds.
You control both a Tamer and a Digimon, and have to save the worlds. Can you do it?

Appearance: Aaron has rusty blond hair that just barely touches the top of his eyebrows, which border two deep, hazel eyes. He has a relatively soft face, and is always in a relaxed position. He typically wears a regular, pale blue shirt and a pair of simple, worn-in jeans. He usually wears his tennis shoes as well, and typically adorns each arm with two wristbands. On his right arm, he keeps a dark green watch on his wrist, and a dark blue wristband farther up on his forearm. His right arm mimics this pattern, but instead of a watch, there is only a dark green wristband.
Digivice Style/Color: CONSIDERING THIS RP TAKES PLACE IN SEASON THREE, LET'S GO WITH THAT. >> Dark Blue on the inside, Dark green on the grips.
Personality: Really easygoing, a real freedom seeker, and is always very lax. If he ever really tries, then he will have a heart of gold. You can always find a relaxed smile on his face.
History: He grew up normal. Nothing bad happened to him, and he always kept on the straight and narrow. He and his other friends would always hang out on the rooftop of the school, but they've all moved away now, leaving only Isaac to sit on the roof now. Usually no one bothers him, but occasionally the smokers would come up to bug Isaac. He never really stood up to them, but he just decided to let it go.

Nickname: None.
Stage: Rookie. Evolves to Aeromon, then Rocmon for Ultimate.
Type: Vacccine
Type of Attacks: Wind
Appearance: Well, I'd enjoy describing him, but because I actually HAVE a picture, I'll just do that instead. Clicky.
Personality: Feathermon is more of a go-getter than Isaac. He usually gets his jobs done, but he doesn't talk often as he probably should. He and Isaac sometimes clash when it comes to personalities or deciding what to do, but they always end up working as team and learn from each other. He often times overplans or becomes too quiet and overthinks things. While Isaac is more simplistic, Feathermon is more complex.
