I am still learning about IV breeding, so I don't know the IVs of the dratinis, but I have a bunch of Adamant dratinis. Sadly none "like to thrash about". I do have: highly persistent (girl), mischievous (boy), somewhat vain(boy or girl), somewhat stubborn (girl), and capable of taking hits (girl). They are all level 1 and UT.

If any of those interest you I was wondering if I could trade you for your Celebi.
