First of all, before anyone rates this, there are a few things I should point out:

    1. I didn't pay any attention to my Pokemons' natures. I simply used what ever I caught. I already know that I have some unbenificial natures on my Pokemon, so I don't need anyone to point that out.

    2. Realize that my team is a work in progress at the moment. I already have some plans on what to change once my team is further leveled up.

    3. I don't have all of the available held items yet, so I'm just choosing the best held items I have at the moment.

    4. I tried my best to EV train them, but I'll just have to fix it up later, when I get those EV reducing berries.

    5. I prefer to have well balanced stats rather than one or two rediculously high ones. In other words, I'm not going to have a Pokemon with 252 EVs in Special Attack, 252 EVs in Special Defense, 6 EVs in Speed, and 0 in everything else.

    6. I like team members that can serve multiple purposes in any given battle. I'm not going to give an Alakazam 4 Psychic Type moves. I'm going to vary it a little. I also prefer to have most of my Pokemon have two damage inflicting and two non-damage inflicting moves.

Now that all that's settled, let's move on to the team:

:t155: Cyndaquil @ Charcoal. Gentle Nature; Ability: Blaze. Level 30; A little quick tempered. Stats: HP: 71; Attack: 46; Defense: 33; Special Attack: 45; Special Defense: 47; Speed: 54. Moveset: Lava Plume [seems fairly solid to me]; Flame Wheel [This takes advantage of Cyndaquil's Attack stat, which is slightly higher than it's Special Attack.]; SmokeScreen [meh]; and Swift [meh?].

:t147: Dratini @Shed Shell [I did what I could :'(]. Quiet Nature; Ability: Shed Skin. Level 28; Sturdy Body. Stats: HP: 67; Attack: 43 [yeah, since this is a Special Attack oriented Dratini-yeah, I know. Dragonite's Attack is higher than it's Special Attack-I'll have to lower that. Eventually... :nervous:]; Defense: 34; Special Attack: 40; Special Defense: 34 [It's Defense and Special Defense are equal at this point, but I'll have to raise it's Special Defense higher, since most Ice Type moves are Special]; Speed: 33 [most Dratini aren't exactly renowned for their Speed, but this one's is turning out rather high.]. Moveset: Thunder [seems pretty solid to me]; Blizzard [I'll replace this with some Fire Type Attack to counter those pesky Ice Types]; Thunder Wave [not sure about this one]; and Agility [With this Dratini's high speed, I don't think I'll be needing this].

:t179: Mareep @ Magnet [It seems pretty useful to me]. Gentle Nature; Ability: Static. Level 30; Likes to Thrash About. Stats: Attack: 40 [I'll have to lower this]; Defense: 32; Special Attack: 46 [this needs to be a lot higher]; Special Defense: 40; Speed: 31. Moveset [I call this Moveset Mareep's Charge and Discharge]: Charge [really useful, in my opinion]; Thunder; Discharge; and Thunder Wave [there's probably something better out there].

:t092: Gastly @ Shell Bell [pretty useful when combined with Shadow Ball]. Calm Nature; Ability: Levitate. Level 32; A Little Quick Tempered. Stats: HP: 68; Attack: 33 [I'll have to lower this]; Defense: 31; Special Attack: 71 []; Special Defense: 39; Speed: 62 [ again] I know Gastly has really high Special Attack and Speed, but still. Move Set: Hypnosis; Confuse Ray; Spite; Shadow Ball. Although most Gastly work best as Annoyers, this one is actually doing quite well as a Special Sweeper with Shadow Ball.

:t074: Geodude @ Hard Stone; Serious Nature; Ability: Sturdy; Alert to Sounds. Stats: HP: 80; Attack: 69; Defense; 87 [I don't think I've ever seen a Pokemon whose highest Stat wasn't HP before]; Special Attack: 38 [it may seem worthless, but remember, my Geodude has Fire Blast]; Special Defense: 29 [I really need to raise this Stat]; Speed: 38. Move Set: Magnitude; Rollout [surprisingly useful]; Rock Polish [Geodude are pretty slow, and this can really give him the edge in battle]; and Fire Blast [for those pesky Grass and Ice types].

:8: Slowpoke [to be evolved into Slowbro] @ Quick Claw [pretty handy when you're a Slowpoke]; Lonely Nature; Ability: Oblivious; Often Dozes off [quite typical of a Slowpoke]. Stats: HP: 105; Attack: 59 [worthless for this Slowpoke]; Defense: 45; Special Attack: 35; Special Defense: 33; Speed: 27 [yeah, I'll have to raise that. Speed is rather crucial for this specific Slowpoke]. Move Set: Surf; Yawn; Disable; and Confusion [I'll replace this with Psychic as soon as it's level is high enough].

Whoa! You read this whole post? Gee, thanks! Honestly, I don't see any real kinks in it that I haven't already pointed out, so it'll be nice to see other peoples' perspectives on it.

Change your format to the following:

Pokemon @ Item (LV if you want)
    Ability (if required)
    Nature
    EVs
    - Move 1
    - Move 2
    - Move 3
    - Move 4

    [Your notes here]

It's just better that way instead of paragraph-style. Just edit your first post.

keep cydaquil. a grass type could easily defeat your slowpoke and geodude, gastly doesn't have the right moves to defeat one (shadowball is the only one if you use it enough), electric doesn't go good against grass, and the only move other than the rest thats good would be blizzard, which dratini doesn't really need.

Thanks for the feedback, guys! So far, no one seems to have reported any problems with my team.
