Counter the gym leader

Hey guys I want to thank Zekrom for reposting "counter that Pokemon" I love to play in it a post lots of different kinds of counters. Ok now with zekrom's permission
I would like to propose a simallar thread but a few things added to it of course with Zekrom's permission and opinion it's called counter that gym leader.
It's very basic and easy to join in just like counter that Pokemon but with a twist

Here is an example

Gym leader Flannery
Sends out
Torkoal / w leftovers
Ability : shell armor
Nature: modest
Atk
shell smash
Heat wave
Smog
Body slam

Now to counter it
Trainer sends out
HP 60/60 lv 45
Swampert /w leftovers
Ability torrent
Nature mild
Atk
Surf
Mud bomb
Earthquake
Protect

Now the gym leader may use the hyper potion to regain the Heath this will be used once only
Then the next poster must counter the torkoal
So on so forth ok I'll start it.


Gym leader Giovanni
Sends out
HP 150/150Lv 50
Kangaskhan / kangaskhanite
Ability : scrappy
Nature : lonley
Atk
Outrage
Reversal
Crunch
Dizzypunch

lol I don't think that you need my permission or anything for this.

But how exactly does the structure of this work? Someone posts a Pokemon and set used by a gym leader, and then the next poster after that posts a counter to the gym leader's Pokemon. But what happens after that? Do they also post a gym leader's Pokemon, or does the next person post a gym leader's Pokemon that counters the previous poster's Pokemon? Also, do people have to post Pokemon used by that Gym Leader, or will anything of their type do? Like if someone does Brock, would they be able to post a Regirock even though Brock never uses one in the games?

Just wanna clarify this so the thread runs smoothly.

Ok when someone posts a gym leader and pokemon they have to counter it with another pokemon but must be from a trainer once the gym leader has been taking out then the next post will be a gym leader post, if someone tries to post an unfair post or a post that theoretically can defeat it then trainers must keep posting :-)
