    It's not hard, think the type, Base Power, accuracy, effect AND the description. Here is an example

    Frozen Water

    BP 100 - Accuracy 85

    Type: Ice

    Description: The user summons a giant, cold wave which attacks the opponent and turns to ice instantly

    (Think something like Surf but brighter. Freezing sound and animation after hitting)

    Effect: 30% freeze status, 10% Speed loss (1 stage)

    I hope this topic will become popular because I like to see what moves you like to see
     
    Since these moves are going to be based out of the game, I'm going to kick this over to PGC. :3
     
    No its not bad, you just posted it on the wrong section so the staff moved it.

    My move would be Shield Charge.
    Attack power would be 120
    Accuracy would be 70

    Effect : 50% of critical hit. (your getting hit by a wall, its gonna hurt.)

    Description : The user creates a wall of energy and charges the foe.

    (Think protect + tackle)

    Aurora Freeze

    Type: Ice

    BP: 110 - Accuracy 90

    Description: The user absorbs light and wind to make the battlefield darker, then it lets the energy to strike the target with a rainbow-like blue beam

    Effect: 40% chance to freeze

    (Think Flash Cannon when absorbing light and wind, Dark Void when becoming darker and Icy Wind when attacking)
     
    AntiMatter Shot - The user gathers energy from another dimension then shoots it at the foe. This attack never misses. It also takes an extra turn to recharge.
    Category - Special
    BP - 110
    Accuracy - Never misses
    Type - Dark
     
    Fury Slashes

    Type: Normal

    BP: 90 - Accuracy 100

    The user quickly slashes the foe from all directions

    Effect: 35% Defense loss by 1 stage

    (Think many Slash-es from all directions)
     
    Heres mine!

    Name: Straight Blast
    Type: Fighting
    Base Power: 120
    Accuracy: 90
    Power Points: 10
    Effect: Lower opponents both defenses by 1 stage (100%)
    Description: Throws a flurry of straight punches while charging at the foe. Will always go second.

    If you haven't noticed, straight blast happens to be Bruce Lee's signature move other than the one-inch punch lol
     
    Diffuse - The user spreads out its particles to make the opponent's moves have a higher chance of missing for 5 turns.
    Type - Psychic
    Category - Status
    BP - None
    Accuaracy - never misses (using on itself)
    PP - 5
     
    Name - Hyper Shots
    Type - Normal
    Category - Special
    BP - 100
    Accuaracy - 50
    PP - 5
    Desc - The user focuses all power into three highly powerful beams and releases them at the enemy. (hits up to 3 times) The user must recharge next turn.

    Hyper Speed
    Type - Normal
    Category - Physical
    BP - 50
    Accuracy - Always hits
    PP - 20
    Effects - 25% confuse effect on target.
    Disc - The user attacks with extreme speed. This move goes first, and will always hit. If used in a double battle, the pokemon will hit both opponents.
    This move has a chance to confuse the enemy.

    Blood Rage
    Type - Dark
    Category - Physical
    BP - 50, 75, OHKO
    Accuracy - 100
    PP - 5
    Effects - OHKO, recoil
    Disc - The user attacks in a rage after taking damage. Damage is dependent upon users health. Causes recoil damage, and faints the user if used while their hp is in the red. (Green = 50 bp, yellow = 75 bp, red = ohko) This move always strikes second, and only works if the user took damage that turn.
     
    Aqua Slash

    Type: Water

    BP: 95 - Accuracy: 95

    Description: The user creates a long blade from water and attacks the opponent with it.

    Effect: 40% flinch

    (Like Leaf Blade but sea background, blue sword instead of green and drops instead of leaves
     
    Dragon Swipe
    Dragon-type move
    Bp - 40 - Acc - 100 [Physical]
    The user uses it's claws or tails to slam the foe with swift movements.
    Effect - Always goes first, +1 Priority
    (Dragon-type Aqua Jet, Quick Attack etc)

    Dragon Roar
    Dragon-type Move
    Bp - 0 - Acc - 0 [Status]
    The user belts out a load roar that sharply raises it's attack and lowers the opponents.
    Effect - Raises the uses attack by 2 and lowers opponents attack by 1

    Hydro Switch
    Water-type Move
    Bp - 70 - Acc - 100 [Special]
    The user slams the foe with a powerful water attack. The user switches with one of the waiting Pokemon.
    Effect - Deals damage then switches out
    (Water-type U-Turn, Volt Switch, Idk what the effect for those two moves are, too lazy to check)

    hmmm...Let me see...

    Dark Rage (I am not good at naming :/ )
    Type: Dark/Special
    Power: 120
    PP: 10
    Accuracy: 100
    Side Effect: May Cause Opponent to Flinch (20%), Sharply Reduce SP.ATTACK AND SP.DEFENSE.

    Description: The User initiate an aggressive rage summoning huge amount of Dark Powers and Unleashing the Massive Energy recklessly on the Opponent. Opponent can Flinch and the Attack dramatically reduces User's Special Attack and Special Defense.

    Source of IDEA: Well, seeing that Dark type moves didn't get a constant powerful attack with base power of 120 and above, why not make one already? You moves like, Outrage, Fire Blast, Wood Hammer, Volt Tackle.

    From Dragon/Aqua Tail

    Electro Tail:
    Type: Electric/Physical
    Power: 95
    PP: 20
    Accuracy: 70
    Side Effect: Causes Paralysis(100%)

    Description: The user's tail becomes lighten up with Electric Charge, the user Strikes the opponent with the electrified tail to cause certain paralysis.

    Flare Beam:


    Type: Fire/Special
    Power: 100
    PP:15
    Accuracy:95
    Side Effect: Inflicts Burn (20%), supresses target Stat Change.

    Description: Cloaking itself with a fiery blue flare, the user concentrates the Flame and Launches a beam of the collected blue flame into the opponent causing a possible burn and suppressing the stat changes the target underwent.

    Anyway:
    Fireball
    Type: Fire
    Category: Special
    Power: 40
    Accuracy: 100
    PP: 20
    Effect: same effect as Quick Attack (+1 priority)
    Text: The user quickly creates a fiery ball and lobs it at the target. This attack always goes first.
     
    This would be good for the Oshawott line
    Yeah, Samurott has a golden sword but its sprite doesn't show it and thats why I made its signature move.

    Burned Daggers

    Type: Fire

    BP: 75 - Accuracy: --

    Description: The user creater many, small and sharp daggers from fire and throws them at the opponent quickly. This attack never misses

    Effect: 40% to burn the opponent

    (Like Ice Shard but with fire background and fire instead of freezing)

    Try to describe the animation, you have nice ideas
     
    Light Burst - The user gathers trillions of photons into its body then releases it in an amazing explosion of light. This hits all pokemon on the battlefield and may confuse whoever it hits. Also, its power is increased to 150 if it is sunny on the battle field.
    Type - Fire
    BP - 140 (160 if sunny)
    Category - Special
    Accuracy - 75
    Effect - Harshly lowers the user's sp. attack. May confuse whoever it hits.
    Animation - Think in the beginning its like a white charge, then a flash of white light appears on the screen like solarbeam but longer (about 5 seconds).

    Sunny Day + Substitute = Solar Mirage

    Type: Fire
    Category: Status
    Power: N/A
    Accuracy: N/A
    PP: 5 (max. 8)

    Description: The user intensifies the sun for five turns, powering up Fire-type moves, while using a bit of its HP to create a fiery copy of itself to serves as the user's decoy.
     
    Electric Wave

    Type: Electric

    BP: 75 - Accuracy 90

    Description: The user releases an electric wave at the opponent. May paralize

    Effect: 30% paralysis (hits both opponents in double battle and all in triple if the user is in the center)

    Animation: Like Icy Wind but with electric instead of ice
