    Description: The user wips out a sharp quick slash created from the shadows. It may cause the victim to flinch.

    Blazing Ball
    Type: Fire
    PP: 20
    Power: 85
    Accuracy: 90
    Description: The user blasts a blazing ball of fire towards the opponent, the ball's power gets increased over a short period of time - (Turns.)

    Crazy Control
    Type: Pshycic
    PP: 15

    Accuracy: --
    Description: The user uses it's pshycic ability to control the feelings and emotionms of the opponent, either paralyzing,poisoning,burning or making the opponent fall asleep.

    (I basically tried to think of the most useless water-based move and decided to force it as an HM. I think I could apply at Game Freak using ideas like this.)
