    Anyway i think Rust Licker is kinda inapropriate for a childrens game (sound kinda pedophiley), so

    The user flaps its wings to summon an enourmous windstorm. the initial burst strikes the opponent(s), and the following turbulence increases the speed of all flying types for 1-5 turns.

    damage and length is determined at beggining, depending on initial "category", a la magnitude.

    power- equivalent to categoryx20

    accuracy- 90
