This move will freeze the target.

This move raises the user's Defense and Special Defense while lowering the opponent's Accuracy.

Extra Effects: 20% chance of raising all of the user's stats by 1 stage each.
Animation: The screen turns dark, and a large bolt of pink, psychic energy is released from the user into the opponent.
