I think other Electric types should be able to learn this, Pikachu gets too much as it is. Nevertheless, it's on the same level as Hyper Beam and Blast Burn, etc, so this move is fine.

    Accuracy: 85%
    Effect: None

Why would anyone use this move, if it was low powered and poor accuracy? Look at Return and Frustration, they can have up to 102 base power, and both have 100% accuracy.

Isn't that kind of the same as confusion?

And what would the power depend on?

Try and think about the moves you're making, instead of just throwing anything together that makes no sense

    Fat Thrower
    Power: 150
    Accuracy: 80%
Effect: Knocks off opponent with the fat on your stomach. Only available for snolorax and dragonite. Makes you hurt your stomach and paralizes you for one turn. Opponent confused.

    Rave :tired:

Hariyama would learn it too :D. Erm, for these, the powers of some of them may seem awkward. Deciding power and accuracy is tough. Effects are funner.

    Lightning (electric)
    Power: 80
    Accuracy: 100
Effect: Has a 30% chance of flinching the opponent because they are frightened of the lightning bolt. Signature move of the Electrike line.

    Bug Bite (bug)
    Power: 70
    Accuracy: 100
Effect: Has a 50% chance of inflicting a Toxic-like status. Pokemon who learn this move are the Spinarak line and Pinsir, among others.

    Frostbite (ice)
    Power: same as Bug Bite
    Accuracy: same as Bug Bite
Effect: has a 50% chance of inflicting the foe with Burn status. Snorunt line learns this move.

    Ping Pong (normal)
    Power: 80
    Accuracy: 90
Effect: A rubbery tail is snapped out to hit and confuse the foe, but it will bounce back and slap the user for recoil damage. Pokemon who learn this move are the Marrill line, Hitmontop, the Mareep line, Breloom, Girafarig, Skitty line, and Miltank. So yeah, Pokemon with rounded tails.

dont know if nyone has thought about this:

    Cyclone (Flying)

    POW: 60
    ACC: 100
    PP: 15
Effects: 10% chance of causing confusion

Pidgey, spearow, hoothoot, taillow, wingull, all their evolutions, and any bird type WITH WINGS (no doduo) can learn this attack

Drop the power to 60, that makes it just as powerful as Bite. Otherwise, fine.

Drop power to 50, and the Toxic effect chance to 30%, that puts it on the same level as Poison Fang.

Surely Freeze effect would be more appropriate than Burn with an Ice move? Again, power 50 would be fine, and drop the effect of the freeze to 30%.

This is actually a fairly weak attack, unless it confuses all the time, which makes it more powerful than Dizzy Punch. I'd give the confusion effect a 20% chance of effect, and jump the power up to 90.

Yes, it does always confuse. And why make the power the same as poison fang? These are different for a reason. Burn for an ice move is for novelty.

Burn for ice is just fine... afterall, you feel like you got burnt if you do get a frostbite. Meh, I won't specify what moves a Pokemon should learn what really. Just make the moves first ;p

Bug Bite is a bit overpowered... 50% toxic is insane for that power. Either drop attack power or rate of effect, or toxic becomes just poison instead. >>; Plus Pinsir doesn't exactly "bite?" Some other "bite-y" Pokemon should learn it too, to diversify bug attacks on to other types. Of course, this means that frostbite will also have to be changed as well. 50% freeze is bad, and doing that much damage is chaos.

As for Lightning, I'll lower accuracy to 90% to be similar to the rock slide level. The power of bite is a bit too weak, and right now it's a bit too strong. Having the same setting as rock slide seems reasonable. Not weak into the "only use this if desperate" category like bute, but not too strong so it's obviously a better choice over thunderbolt either.

Hm... I'll write a few unoriginal stuff here.

    Shatter Glass
    Type: psychic {Sound, indirect}
    PP: 15

    Gem Missile
    Type: Ground {indirect}
    PP: 10
    Power: 70
    Accuracy: 95%
Effect: Hits the opponent regardless of "flying" type or the "levitate" ability, but attack power is dropped down to 50 when the target is a "flying" type or has the "levitate" ability.
Comment: AHAHA Weezing you're so dead now *cough*
    Possible candidate: Sableye, Onix/Steelix, Regirock

    Evaporate
    Type: Fire
    PP: 40
    Power: --

Possible Candidate: fire types, Groudon, etc

    Iron Maiden
    Type: Steel {Direct}
    PP: 20
    Power: ??
    Accuracy: 90%
Effect: If the opponent tries to switch when Iron Maiden is in effect, a certain percentage of their current hp is taken off. This attack fails against any Pokemon with the ability 'Run Away.' Can be removed by rapid spin. Stacks up to 2 times.
    1 level: 30%
    2 level: 60%
Comment: More supportive evil moves that make you not want to switch at all... it's all part of opening new strategy... hmm let's stack that with spike? XD
Possible candidate: Cloyster, Pinsir, Kingler, Clamperl, Victreebel, Crawdaunt, Mawile

    Witch-hunt
    Type: ??? {Direct}
    PP: 10
    Power: 0, 40, 80, 120 or 160.
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Power ranges from 0 to 160. For every dark, ghost or ??? type attack (excluding "Witch-hunt") the opponent has, the attack power for this move increases by 40. This attack does neutral damage against any type regardless of ability.
Comment: Just to buff a few UU pokemon... or try to
    Possible Candidate: Togetic, Murkrow

    Gravity Pull
    Type: ground {Indirect, weather}
    PP: 5
    Power: --
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect: All Pokemon with the levitate ability or "flying" type can be affected by ground attack moves for 5 turns. Affects both allies and opponents.
    Comment: Die Weezing... Die Skarmory...
    Possible Candidate: um...

OK, like Pokemon, I created a lot of moves too... Some of them are:

    Name: Blind Strike
    Type: Fighting
    Power: ???
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Damage increases as the user's accuracy decreases. Lowest possible damage is 20, and highest possible damage is 150.

    Name: Serenade
    Type: Normal
    Power: ---
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Attracts opposite-gender Pokemon. Confuses same-gender and infatuated Pokemon.

    Name: Truce
    Type: Normal
    Power: ---
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Causes everyone to switch out. (If a side has no other Pokemon, the active Pokemon on that side remains on the field.)

    And there's more...
