    Include a description, what it does, type and if applicable, Power and Accuracy. Have fun. Here are two I came up with:

    Eclipse
    Type: Dark
    PP: 5
    It creates a weather condition for 5 turns where night falls and these things happen:

    • Increases Evasion of Dark and Ghost types by 20%
    • Increases power of Dark and Ghost typed moves by 50%
    • Makes Accuracy of other types become 75% of what it used to be.(Like Fog)
    • Synthesis/Morning Sun will only recover 1/8 HP
    • Moonlight recovers full HP
    • SolarBeam cannot be used
    Name: Cripple
    Special
    Accuracy: 90
    Power: 30
    Type: Psychic
    Has a 75% of causing a random status condition

    I always thought this would be a good move for Mew based on the protective bubble it's seen in.

    Now that kind of move can be really dagerous!( I know that it may be broken but I will love it if any move like this is put into the game).
    Animation should also be very cool.

    This move and Megahit, used by the two pokemon that sealed arceus (charizard and wigglytuff) is well hidden in tm and no pokemon may learn it normally. only if the needs come, the Sacred tms may be taken by the chosen one. this attack shoots ALL your fire power, weakening you, and giving a 100% burn rate. the user must recharge 6 turns. the charizard that used this (also with 999 power) died, sadly.

    EDIT: i....i just.... damn. sorry for the lot of attacks and the three uber attacks, but they are in tms at least, not lv up. just think about a caterpie using bugs true power. oh damn.

    There are moves that can even hit even when the opponent is using Fly, Bounce, Dive, or Dig so I'm gonna make one for Time Travel and Shadow Force....hmm...

    The user dissapears for a split second and appears from a hole in space to attack from behind. Hits for double damage if opponent is using Time Travel or Shadow Force.:classic:

    That Eclipse thing is something I've thought about for so long before I saw this thread, so I'll put my version:

    Midnight
    Type: Dark
    PP: 5

    Causes a weather condition that lasts 5 turns.
    It lowers the accuracy of all Pokémon, but also prevents the effects of evasion. The power of Psychic-type moves are decreased to 75% of their normal value. The power of Dark-type moves is increased by 50%. All Psychic type Pokémon lose 1/32 of their HP under this weather condition. Prevents the use of Synthesis, Moonlight and Morning Sun. Forces Solarbeam to charge two turns. Changes the accuracy of Antimatter Blast so that it always hits, and gives it a 20% chance of hitting thorugh Protect or Detect. Replaces and is replaced by any other weather condition other than Rain Dance. Dusk Rock makes the condition last 8 turns rather than 5.

    The user siphons a large hunk of antimatter from Space and fires it at the foe. It also has a chance of lowering the foe's Special Defense stat.

    The user lashes the foe with a sharp tail. It may also lower the foe's Defense stat.

    I like your version as well. And the Dusk rock is a good addition as well and adds another item you can find in the Underground. Or, maybe it can last 8 turns if the Pokemon using Eclipse/Midnight is holding a Dusk Stone.
