Creating a World map

    MS Paint​
    Colour pack/World map tiles​
    PTC or other Tile map creator​
    And already read this Tutorial​

    Step 1. Planning
    To start off you need to know​
    (a)How many cities you'll have​
    (b)How many Routes you'll have​
    For my example ill go with 14 cities and ill put in mostly water routes​
    Ill need to open up MS Paint and start with my colour pack.(needed for later)

    Step 2. Creating a map
    Start out with your basic green(Darkest)
    Make it some thing like this

    Now the light green

    (Kaka, you obviously haven't clicked the link in Part 1 which it assumes you have read, which explains how to insert a world map.)

    How exactly do I get the routes to go transparent? And I'm not sure what you mean by 'rubber' tool...

    You obviously haven't seen the two attached files, downloadable, and ready to view in NotePad, Or Word, or anything else capable of viewing that.

    Would this work on Ruby? Because it looks like your editing FireRed, or LeafGreen (But who hacks that?)
