Hi, I´m new and I have a problem. English is not my first language, and my grammar isn´t perfect, sorry.

To clarify, I downloaded the latest version of Essentials and started learning the basics from some 6 years old videos (because it looks pretty similar to this version of Essentials) and my problem is this:
When I started mapping and making copy-paste of the warps to the laboratory, the tutorial said that you can run the game skipping the intro. I did it exactly like the tutorial but when I started running the game, it said "Critical error 80000004 at address 0000000", and doesn´t allow me to play. I´ve been searching for a solution for hours but I only found something on an old Japanese forum and I cannot understand anything, so I´m using my last resort: asking for help here.
Can someone help me with this error?

Hum, I think I have had a similar error sometimes when restarting the game. Can you send a screenshot of the error message? Do you load a savegame?

I was only running the game, it doesn´t started and it didn´t let me enter in any menu.
    Here is a screenshot

You cannot post images from your computer ^^
    You need to either:
    • Attach a file: when you write a post, on the right of the "Post" button, you can "Use Full Editor", and then attach a file using the "Manage Attachments" button [PokeCommunity.com] Critical error 80000004 at address 0000000
    • Use sites like postimages.org to host your images, and then use the Direct link to insert in this post

Sorry if it duplicated or something, I´m new with this.
    No problema :)

    Hmmmmmm...
I was hoping that the error message would give more information on the error.

    However you mentioned:

and I see that this is Essentials v16. The current version of Essentials is v19! (I don't know about a Spanish version though).

As far as I understand, you seem to be pretty early in your development, so I would suggest you upgrade to v19.

That said, I don't know for sure about your error. I sometimes got this error while restarting my game in debug mode, probably because RPG Maker is loading twice the same game, so it probably messes up the pointers.

Can you also link the tutorial you mentioned in your first post?
And could you open your game before you did that tutorial?
