I've been finding that I'm having a lot of problems with not just CSS codes behaving, but also text.
Now, this isn't a problem with actually creating and understanding how to properly use CSS; if it was, I wouldn't be posting here.
My problem is with trying to edit it later and it automatically making changes and being unstable. For instance, take a thread of mine in the Roleplay Corner.

Here's how it looks now, after I perfected it the first time and initally posted it.
Now, here are results of me simply hitting the "Edit Post" on the post itself, pressing the "Go Advanced" option, and then "Preview Changes" without even so much as touching the text itself.
And the automatically altered code:
(the "/" in "/css-div" deleted to show how you code without it triggering. Everything dyed black for your viewing pleasure. :D)
I would've also included the initial text code, but I couldn't get it to behave long to give you a proper look at what it was supposed to be like.
It seems that the post wants to create more of the black boxes I have wrapped around the text and rather add or delete the spacing I have between lines of text. I think the spacing issue has to do with the fact I'm copy-pasting the text from Microsoft Word, since I've encountered that problem before and it never happens when I completely type out a post on PokeCommunity itself.
I've encountered these same problems on more than one computer and type of internet browser (IE and Firefox), so I don't think it's my end. It's very frustrating, since I do need to edit posts like this one to add information and links. Even trying to solve the problem by taking out the extra boxes and spacing doesn't work very well, because it continues to have these issues by re-creating them every time I finish the editing or even just preview the changes. I've tried taking out the "/" in the ending "/css-div" bracket so I can work on the text itself and then later re-wrap it, but the spacing issue continues and the CSS has problems the second I re-enable it. So I ask if anyone has encountered this problem before and knows how to solve/tame it. :3
Thank you for reading.
