A pokemon duplicator is a complex code which allows you to use a certain button combination to copy the pokemon in Slot 1 to Slot 2. Unfortunately, it will overwrite any pokemon in slot 2 at the time.

Munchlax only has his out of battle animations, standing scratching his stomach, which would be his standing in battle anim, and walking. So he can't be used in battle so there are no codes for him, or anyother 4th gen Pokemon 'cept Bonsly. I can give you a Snorlax with those moves however.

EDIT: Indeed, I HAVE! Noticed a pattern in the codes you've got there... I'm not sure about the actual Pokemon editor codes, but I'm busily studying Items! AHA! The full code structure looks like this:

Megadude-Well, it doesn't really work that way.
We create the codes using an unencrypted address, depending on the code. Then we place the Pokemon/Move/Item hexes', like with old GS codes, into a
xxxx=0001-Bulbasaur, 0002-Ivysaur,0019-Caterpie...and so on.
