How to make custom move animations in essentials v18.x?

I pray Arceus that you understand the tool and like to use it (which, as you'd guess, was not my case).

I found a tool in debug menu, but i didnt understand it, are you talking about that one only?

Yes I am.
When I am far enough in my game, I'll spend a few evenings on it just to understand it.
Btw I don't know if there are any other tools for animations.
