Its head is so awkwardly and hideously shaped. Its feet are disgustingly disproportionate. And even if it very well can be covered in pink fur (which is likely), it still looks as if it's a naked rat or something.

Shinx is freaking adorable, but my heart goes out to Poliwhirl. Ugly, I'd say Probopass, it's such a ridiculous looking Pokemon. Then again I would never consider any Pokemon an outcast.
 
The cutest would have to be that lovable little Mantyke. Yes, I love baby Pocket Monsters It even smiles at you! 8D *shot*

The ugliest... Mr Potato Head. I mean, Probopass. I agree with YOOM-TAH in the sense it's stupid funny, but it's just too ugly to me. :\
 
Cutest: Gulpin. (But that Evee is still cute.)

Ugliest: Magmortar/Green Version Mew, seriously, that's not even the original concept art!

Cutest: Vulpix, Mareep, and Torchic propably. I've also always thought that Quagsire is one of the cutest things in the world when it opens it's mouth like in the Crystal's animation. :3

Ugliest: Purugly, Spiritomb (definetly :O), Drapion, Electivire and Yanmega. Yes, they ARE all 4th generation pokemon.
 
I know its somewher else but...PROBOPASS IS THE UGLIEST THING EVER!

I'd replace Spinda, Shiftry, and Muk on that list with Swampert, Raikou, and Mew.

Out of the list I chose Gastrodon, though I think Swampert is the ugliest.
 
Yeah, definitley Puruguly with Bidoof in a close second.

Glameow is pretty cool looking but they ruined it with Purugly.

I mean its pure ugly.

Hence its name.

PurUGLY.
 
Guys. Purugly is intended to be ugly. People say the new designs are unoriginal and uncreative and then they finally do something different and people complain because it's not cute. Not every pokemon has to be cute people.

(Not trying to put down its ugliness, this IS a topic for ugly and if it's intended to be ugly than that's a good vote. Just trying to quell all the Purugly (and other "ugly" pokemon) hate that I think is unjustified.
