Satoshi saw Risa falling and changed into Krad to catch her. Dark wanted to catch her too, but when he saw that Krad was there he changed back into Daisuke.

He was kinda shocked... Perhaps he saw that Satoshi is falling in love with Risa... :O Because Satoshi changed for her, to catch her. While he usually would lock Krad deep inside of him.
Maybe... Maybe, Dark wants her to fall in love with Sato, so that he can't hurt her anymore... =/
I'm just assuming, making this up at the right spot...
