4th Gen D/P Scramble Challenge

Jack gets a Driftloon, cannot Evolve

.Sublime gets a Seel, cannot evolve.

P.S: Can I use my starter up till the point that I can catch one of the given Pokemon?
 
You can use your starter untill you can catch one of the pokemon.

Alright - I'll Start Tommorow..
[It's Past Midnight over here, And I'm tired.. Not to mention I have a horrible cold]
 
Alright, Time for a really, really quick update.
- Started Game
- Female Sprite: Name: Tsuki
- Named Rival Joe
- Went to Lake Acuity
- Got Piplup as my First Slave
- Went to Sandgem
- Got the Pokedex
- Went back to Twinleaf, got the Parcel
- Catching Tutorial, then beat trainers on route 202
- Caught Budew, Nickname: Symphony
- Grinded Budew to Lv7, Learned Water Sport
 
Sorry, But I'm quitting all my challenges for the moment.

My grandad has been admitted into hospital after having a heart attack, and the doctors don't think that he'll wake up. I'm not in the right frame of mind at the moment.

This looks like a lot of fun!

Pokemon Specifications: I'd like a starter on my team (not Chimchar), I'd like to evolve all my pokemon, I'd prefer no move restrictions (but it's not 100% neccessary), I don't want any legendaries, I want to use Pokemon that aren't obvious choices (like Starly/Shinx/Buizel), I don't want to use Bidoof or Bibarel, I'd really like it if they were all Gen 4 Pokemon... and, finally, no more than one of a single type.
User Specifications: Diamond, can't trade and I'll be starting a new game.
