    Is that why Ash:
    -Released his Butterfree
    -Never caught Haunter
    -Gave away his Primeape
    -Lost not one, not two, but FIVE leagues in a row.
    -Gave away his GS Ball, and never cam back for it.
    -Gave away his Beedrill (that he had for less than a day)
    -Gave away his Sun Stone (his only remaining fruits of victory from the Bug-Catching Contest.
    -Declined a position as Frontier Brain (the only notable prize for completing the Battle Frontier).
    -Lost the Club Battle
    -Lost the Wishing Festival (right before the Clubsplosion)
    -Lost the Clubsplosion
    -Passed up a good opportunity (GIVEN TO HIM) to catch a Dragonite.
    -Lost the World Tournament Junior Cup
    -Lost to one of the biggest joke of a league rival of all time (and his Riolu>Lucario)
    -Wasted his time in the Decolore Islands (a.k.a. Filler Stall-for-time-because-we-wrote-ourselves-in-a-corner-when-we-had-more-than-enough-time-to-do-things-right-for-a-change Land)
    -Put up with Iris and Cilan longer than any sane person should've.
    -And virtually had nothing but fluff and glitter-based festivities, compared to Alain's more epic adventures involving Mega Evolution, the Elite Four, and Team Flare.

    You forgot Ash finding a Wild Swarmpert and even weaken it in Battle But didn't capture it.
    Also , He claim he will catch every Pokemon in the World with the help of his Pikachu (EP001) But he catch less pokemon then average Trainer.

    Now to the topic-

    Ash : Whoever there come out right now , But if you're a Ghost then you can stay wherever you are , We won't bother you ! (EP 030 , Sparks Fly for Magnemite) .
