Well, if you're serious about health, any cereal is good. Cheerios seem to be the best thing to make you feel healthy. I like the Frosted Cheerios and Kix. Those are the best.
Now, see everybody? Spoon is right. Cherrios is the best cereal :P. And it lowers your cholesterol. And it tastes good.

But one cereal I really hate is Honey-Nut Cheerios. I know, "Bee happy, bee healthy," but I don't really have a thing for honey and peanuts. Not a good mix, if you ask me. I'm not fond of bees either.
