I'm not SO much of a popular person. Just because I have lots of friends and some rep, doesn't make that a really popular person. It's how you are inside and the way you treat others. Giving rep is a way of congratulating, cheering someone up if something bad happened, or just to tell them that you are nice. The ammount of rep really isn't a reason someone is popular or not.
 
I like you, MD. ^^ You're a nice guy, and you're really active, but I wish that you would read the rules, because you just violated the 25-character rule. x___X;

EDIT: Oh, and to the other MD, that's not what rep's about at all. You give it to people on posts that you find helpful/funny/etc., or just plain rude/spammy/etc.. Sadly, people around here like to abuse it and give it out just because they like the person or something... ._.;

In truth, PC's not a popularity contest. You shouldn't worry yourself about what others think of you, but only about what you think of yourself. Whether or not you find yourself to be popular, I like you MD. ^^

Well, anyway you look at it, rep is given out alot and in so many ways. I've seen some forums close down because so many people abused the rep system and kept giving everyone bad rep. See MegaDitto, you are liked. You have really nice friends. You should never think so badly of yourself!
 
I actually thought you did....and just cause you don't have a club doesn't mean you're not popular
 
billybob, popular people don't always have clubs. Just because you have a club, doesn't mean you are not popular. If you think about it: If you have more than 10 friends you are popular!
