Sorry I didn't see that rule...but why is that necessary? There are some people with a command of the english language that allows them to say all they need to say with as few as one or two words.

Seems misguided, since the definition of spam is " Unsolicited "junk" e-mail sent to large numbers of people to promote products or services. Also refers to inappropriate promotional or commercial postings to discussion groups or bulletin boards."

I don't think I've ever seen a 4 word or less advertisement.
