Normal members are allowed to enforce the rules, to some extent. Now I would actually get concerned if they were being rude and mean towards the rule breaker. Now how do you become a mod? You help the community and help enforce the rules TO SOME EXTENT. Ty, you aren't that much higher than normal members, and it seems kind of rude and a bit conceided (in my opinion) for you to act in that manner.
