It is Shabbat in the Jewish religion, which means no work from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. No turning on a computer, typing, turning on a lightswitch, etc. It is an interesting part of the religion. That is why Eli isn't on right now.

Shabbat has nothing to do with Easter. Also, Judaism doesn't believe that Jesus was the messiah, therefore I don't know if they celebrate Easter or not.
