Woah. Are you still in education lightning? what courses have you/did you take?

An IT career involving games would be pretty fun to do... especially if you're like involved in some sort of big project game. O.o

Mm, just finished high school and starting university in university. ^^; For IT, you should take any computer science courses you can, and continue in math. Math is very important. :x

I'm majoring in Computer Science, but my courses are pretty much all the same as the people majoring in Math, so it's really the same thing. So don't quit math if you have the chance. ;p

Yes it would be great to be on a huge game development crew maybe like the super mario bros club, square enix or even namco. I would really like to work for Konami or nintendo if i ever do get that far.

That would be pretty sweet to get that far and be apart of something so big seeing as most of those games are actually developed well and sent off for production.

I still have no idea what I'm doing for my career... so I'm keeping my options open. Computing/IT was one of my initial choices but it's so hard deciding so early. I'll probably only just work out when I actually get into uni.
 
xDD I would like to know who the "they" are too~ A lot of things are IT and technologically related now.. seeing as so much of the world is dependant on it. I'm sure one day they'll need the specialists to do all sorts of fancy stuff, => futuring in IT. O.o

Heh, sorry. It's late so I've been spacing out. XD; I'm heading to bed in a few minutes so this'll probably be my last post. :B

I've heard there are a ton of jobs in the IT sector too...but you should probably leave all your options open until you're sure what you want. I thought I was dead-set in what I wanted to do until grade ten or eleven and then I started thinking of other things, so you could always change your mind at some point. @_@; I think it's ridiculous to try and decide what you want to do for the rest of your life at such an early age. :|

It's quite a wide field, I talked to someone about it today at a Careers thingy. I'm only good at those general computing stuff. Programming hasn't been one of my interests.

Yeah... I agree. It's kinda hard for me to decide, even though my school pretty much restricts a choice with a limited amount of subjects that I can take each year...

Your already at school again? Wow that sucks. i don't go back until my birthday on about the 5th of September. :)

Yes thats what i thin too leaving your options open for as long as possable and just concentrate ON your education. I really hope i just do well and get a decent job i pretty much dont care what i do as long as ther eis decent money in it and also as long as there is some sort of ladder i can climb,if ever get that far i will come back here and tell you all :)

I've been at school since like 3-4 weeks ago. I live in the Southern Hemisphere, so no long Summer break like most people online here. xD

Umm... like slang, any term used locally.

"Short" 3 week break. >.< That was boring as, I didn't really do too much, just stayed in the house for most of it. But I did go to see a few movies.

I saw Harry Potter and the Fantastic Four.
xD, That just looked like one HP movie for a sec to me...

I saw the Simpsons soon after school started though. It came out here later than the US.

Yeah, that scene could have been done better. You couldn't really tell at first who fired the shot as well...

It was pretty funny. Gotta be one of the funnier movies of the year IMO.
