yea its good for the people who cant get certain rare pokemon, shinys, or events because the have nothing to offer (like me) but maybe not having the lottery all the time is a good thing,you dont want to spoil everyone.... or just dont give out anythin too crazy all the time

I've got a LV1 UT Shiny Manaphy imported from Ranger, along with 2x Jirachi UT Lv5 (1 WSHMKER and 1 SMR2010) as well as TRU Arceus and LV1 UT Adamant Giratina, and a lv1 UT adamant Croagunk (lol), a serious lv1 UT Japanese Buneary (lol again) and a brave Lv1 UT Japanese Kabuto (lol once more)
