You may only give away your own Pokemon. You may not give out other people's Pokemon for free without their permission (e.g. MattJ's Mew is always free).

@Everyone - I'm sorry guys. I can't give any more pokemon for free anymore. The only pokemon that I'm allowed to give for free are Mattj's Raikou, Entei, and mew.

Well..... There's nothing that I want right now. But Since Mattj's Entei, Raikou, and mew are for free, I can give the entei to you instead.
