Rikki sighed. He was right. Despite how much she truly hated her father, she probably needed to hear the message. She held the device in her hand, looking it over, then put it in her pocket. She would do it later, she had something else to do first.
Rikki stood up, crossing her arms. She turned around and noticed that Raike had returned. He didn't seem any different from yesterday. Then again, maybe she was the only one yesterday had effected. It was her friend that left, it had nothing to do with any of the others. She sighed. She contemplated saying something to Raike, but decided not to.
She walked into the bathroom, closing the door behind her. Everyone was doing their own things, so she figured she'd do her own. She went over to the sink and turned the water on. She stuck her arm under it, letting it cool her skin down. Sure, she could change the temperature of water, but blood was a bit more difficult, so she'd have to let it cool on its own.
She hissed a little at the pain in her arm. She couldn't believe she'd gotten so mad she burned herself. That had never happened before, which is bad, because she was angry a lot. Though for some odd reason, she hasn't been as mad the past couple of days. She wasn't really a mean or angry person, she just acted that way because she didn't want to deal with thing, and she didn't know how to deal with things.
Then she had a thought. In the past few minutes, in the commotion of her burning herself, she hadn't thought about Alex. She grinned a little. It wasn't much, but it could get her back to acting like her normal self, and no one would have to worry about her.
So pulled her arm out from under the water and clenched her left fist. She winced when she felt the blood slowly start heating up. She wasn't going to do it as hard as she had a moment ago, but she let the pain seep in. She gasp and dropped to her knees, still keeping her fist clenched. Just a few more seconds.
Finally she unclenched her hand, and looked at her arm. She hadn't done it strong enough to draw blood, but it was very, very pink. Meaning it had actually burned her, and it would be visible to the others. She grabbed the gauze and wrapped it around the part of the arm she burned. She could say that it was because of the accident earlier, when she burned herself. It was no big deal, just a little distraction.
(OOC: I had to have her figure out she could do this now, for an event that'll happen later!! And sorry for taking so very very long to post, I've been sleeping. :) )
