4th Gen Darkrai in D/P?!?!?!

So, looking on the Serebii site, in their pokedex it says there is a Darkrai to catch at new moon island in D/P??? can someone tell me if this is really true?!?!?

yes it is true that you can catch darkrai in D/P
in new moon island
but you need a members card to get the darkrai
