Whilst she has been off, it's been safe to say that things have been a little.....chaotic shall we say. Our requirements have gone through the roof, but unfortunately what normally is an hour long job turns into an all day fiasco as candidates magically become unavailable for work or just outright fon't bother getting back to us. Needless to say there was a lot of this (suit included) going on:
What with one less body in the form of my manager, tensions were running high and I think one more day would have probably resulted in a bloodbath a few of us that's for sure!
However now with El Bosso back, balance has been restored and all is well again! Like a breath of fresh air, she has come in today and suddenly everything seems magically better again. It's quite funny that someone can have that much of an impact really....
