ChaoX, try https://www.dbzhevan.com All the episodes work, and they have more than just DB/Z/GT- they also have Naruto, Inuyasha, and others.

Well it was not a link to a forum but the links on the site is why I took out the link. I will leave this thread open if some one can help ChaoX on what he is looking for.
