I think he uses AdGIF b/c that's what I use even though I can't figure it out! XD

I make them with unFREEz v2.0

It said FREE in the name so I downloaded it. Its a simple, easy to use GIF compiler. It compilers however many GIF files you drag into its list.

It pretty good, and I'm making the animations now.

I couldnt find the way to make Pikachu Shadow without Screwing up his Ears and Ear Outline and Tail...so I made you a regular one Strider Figh.

And I made this last night because I was bored:

btw, I used Vipershark's Sprite(see my sig) to make it, so he gets half credit.
