I have a S-Toss Blissey, you should of said you needed one XD.
1 Problem. It doesnt have Aromatherapy =[. It does have Seismic Toss though, along with Ice Beam, T-Wave and Softboiled obviously.252 hp / 252 def@Bold, natural cure. I dont require that specific one anymore. Pm me if you want it.

While we're on the subject of Blissey, I have a Bold S-Toss + Aromatherapy Blissey on my Emerald that I would be happy to give you (God bless the Emerald cloning glitch). The IVs aren't perfect, but definitely usable.

You'd have to EV her yourself, though. =P
As for the team, Psycho Shift is nice on Deoxys-E. He's pretty easily walled, so he doesn't stay in too long anyway- not to mention he needs as much power as he can get.
