Is a mod calling someone immature worthy of an infraction?

Quick story: I felt I was banned unjustly, a mod told me to forget about it and move on. Than I posted this advice on my own page and said it was an example of crude moderation he than replied with this...

Hi there. thanks for your low opinion of me despite me being one of the few people trying to help you. Cutting you loses and moving on is an important lesson you learn as you become an adult, I hope you get there some day, it makes life a lot easier.

Now my " low opinion " was of his advice coinciding with him or her being a mod. It was a personal attack like theirs clearly was..

So in the people of this great communities eyes, should this mod be infracted?

If you feel it's infraction worthy report it using the little button and move on. Calling someone out in a thread not only is the wrong thing to do but only draws unnecessary attention to yourself. I don't see the issue with that post/VM but if you do, report it. This forum is only for questions related to the forums.

I'm not calling anyone out.. I didn't even name the mod.. I was looking for feedback from members mods like urself don't see the wrong in other mods actions. I've been infracted for equal or less actions.
