So I remember seeing a game somewhere where the first person states something. Any something. Something that would be most likely to be of no harm to anything or something that is completely and utterly random. That is where the second poster comes in. He/she finds a way to make that insignificant something, lethal then posts his/her own little something.
Example:
Person 1: The 'j' key from a Macintosh computer.
Person 2: Takes the 'j' key and shoves it down their throat...
A teaspoon of sugar.
