A Chansey was once requested with Seismic Toss, which he said he couldn't do because it requires a tutored move from Emerald, so I'm doubting it.

Can the 5 Pokemon carry: Power Band, Power Belt, Choice Band, TM73 I believe, Thunderwave , Shuca Berry?

btw most people would like a modest/calm Togepi as Jolly isn't really a competitive nature.
A suggestion for breeding has to be a Scyther with an adamant nature or else a bagon with a naive/naughty nature. with 31 Iv's in attack and Sp. Attack.
