After watching the series(up to master quest) and some of the movies(up to the 5th one, heroes), i am very sure that:
    Pika-pi = Ash
    Pi-pi-pi = Togepi
Pi-ka-ka-pika = Bulbasaur (and isn't it what pikachu says for the pikachu's jukebox?)
Pi-ka-CHU(emphasis on the chu) = either latias or latios

If any of these are wrong, or if you have others, or if this thread is in the wrong spot, or if another like this exists, please let me know.

    I only know a few:

Pika-Pi = Ash (actually Satoshi, as Tetsuya-san said)
Pi-Pi-Pi = Togepi (wonder what Pikachu calls the evolved Pokémon now?)
Pi-Pikachu, emphasis on "ka"= Team Rocket

And that's all I figured so far. I never noticed how the yellow mouse called Misty, Brock, or anybody else as a matter of fact...

haha, that's right, the team rocket one(duh!!), yeah and i never have heard misty or brock getting called "pika style". I still wonder whether pikaCHU (emphasis on chu) is latias or latios(pikachu says that in pokemon heroes, the part where latios and latias kamikaze tackle the big wave after ash says "latias" and bionca says "latios", then pikachu says "pikaCHU!"

Maybe it just means "Lati*s". XD

I remember seeing Misty=Pikachupi somewhere; and I do remember Brock being called "Pipika" in one episode.

XD Wow, and here I thought most people didn't know what Pikachu was saying. I've known 'Pikapi' 'Pikachupi' and 'Pipipi' for years, but I just figured I was waaay to obsessive or something, and one else took the time to figure it out... and 'Pipikachu' is Team Rocket, or rather 'Rocketto Dan'

Pi-ka-CHU is more of an attack cry. It's what it calls out with an electric attack...just like how "Chuu....PIKA" is Iron Tail.

I know that when Pikachu goes 'Piiika...Chuuu!' it means 'Thunderbolt' XD *is NOT a freak*

Did you watch pokemon heroes/ see the part where pikachu actually says the line? I wasn't talking about the battle cry, but yes, pi-ka-CHU is it's battle cry as well.

I've seen/own Pokemon Heroes on DVD, but I'm not sure what in the world you're talking about. I never noticed any difference in what Pikachu said to Latios/Latias as opposed to any other time (when someone was leaving, like Butterfree from the very beginning)...

hmm, if that's so then i really can't describe it much more. It's after the soul dew dies and the defense mechanism goes nuts and the water leaves. But then it comes back in a super huge tidal wave. then(after saving latios) latias and latios both fly at the big wave. Then as i believe i said before, Ash says "latias", bianca says "latios", and pikachu says "pi-ka-CHU". I'd say it's about the last...10 minutes of the movie maybe? I can't word it more than that, but yes, that "pi-ka-CHU" is used other places too.

I think it means "good-bye" or "come back"...something along those lines.

After watching the movie over again, i'm quite sure now that pi-ka-CHU means latias. And also at the end when ash leaves on the boat and pikachu sees bianca/latias, it says "pi-ka pi-ka"(with emphasis on certain parts that i can't explain), maybe it means bianca?
