Question: Decorated profile replies and gif pictures how to get?

    I have two questions. How do I get a profile picture that moves/is a gif? On everyone else's replies In threads their bar above the comment is usually decorated or another color but mine is just plain white how do I decorate mine?
     
    For the former I think all you do is use a url that ends in .gif, and for the latter, that's what we call a post flair. Click Edit Flair on the drop down menu in the upper right corner to start working on that ( here's also a link since my explanation is shit: https://www.pokecommunity.com/settings/postflair )

    Post flairs requires CSS, so if you don't know how to do that, someone can help you with that
