Delibird --- I dont know
Sneasel --- On leaf green its on the seventh island(i think) and you surf down to the next path and you can find it there!

Delibird and Sneasel?
They're actually easy to find. Bring your SWEET-SCENTing Oddish to Four Island's Icefall Cave. Surf across the water and enter the cave. Keep using Sweet Scent and it should come out :P
