yeah i got it from my friend during class a long ass time ago
my plan was to get him a high level and kill everyone with him, but i dont really like deoxys.
so i never used him and hes a waste of space in my stash haha :)

hacked??? aw man.. whats the difference between a hacked and a legit one?

in the case of Deoxys, it can only be recieved from an event.
It's impossible to find it under lvl50(I think?) unless it's hacked.

besides it being lvl 4 check the location met at pretty sure you cant get deoxys on route 203 (at least i never found one...)
