So after I came home from spending my $50 on Assassin's Creed I was ready to play it and my brother was messing around with the dog who got his foot wrapped around one of the cords and brought down the tv(thankfully it's still working) and knocked over the 360 scratching the game badly so it can't be read. So after I go back to the store to try and get it replaced I get told I can't D:

I told them that the disc was scratched since I didn't want to get told to gtfo straight away if I told them how it got scratched but the manager was a dick and wouldn't let it be replaced since it's my xbox's fault D:
