Well first off you should have more then three pokemon that are higher then level 50. Second try and get a water type and a ground or rock type that also doesn't have a weakness to fire.

you will need a water/ground/rock type pokemon with you + an extra 2 after that. A dark for Lucian, and a super awesome powerful electric for flint's Drifblim and Cynthia's Milotic

Just a question I wanted a Milotic so if somebody else has it on there game do I need the national dex to obtain Milotic in a trade?

Well, I have a shiny milotic, but I don't want to give it away or clone it (cuz I don't know how and I don't want to risk anything.)
