Digimon: A New Era

"Okay in that order, Hiryu, youa re co-gunner and Rioru, please help Tessa with navagation. Finally, Cain we will be in abttlke everytime we are attacked bya Mell Llvando ship. They have this symbol." I took out a picture of a snake wrapped around a dagger covered in Digi-code. "When you see that symbol, then please attack."

"Next, we the piolet, that will be captains juridiction. Its on autopiolet right now. If anyone touches this without me telling them, youa re off the ship. As captain, its my law and yata yata yata." I turned around to see Gayr imidating me. We then in unison both started to imidate Deputy Comamnder Gallantmon. "Alright crew, everyone have no fun and where uniforms ALL the time. if youa re out of uniform, then you get a pay deduction."

I began to remember the time that Tessa, Cain, and I were all forced to make his dinenr for a weak. How Tessa, put paper and glass in his pudding and we all laughed at him.

Danny sighs and gets out of the pilot's seat and grabs his hat from Salamon's face, "Well I know when I'm not wanted," he heads for the door, "It was nice meeting you ladies." He directed the last comment to the whole cabin.

Renamon lingers in the cabin after him looking at the crew, "I'm so sorry about that, The boss had promised him that he could be the pilot, he had his heart set on it…" She runs after him calling his name.

"Go away Zorra…" Danny spat as she entered the engine room were he was, "I don't' want to talk about it, in case you're wondering."

Renamon sits on the floor next to the door, "Danny…." She whispers watching his back as he fixed a steam leak in one of the many pipes mumbling the whole time, "You could pilot… You're more then my mechanic you're like a son to me… That old man had better watch his back…"

Gary watched at the boy and Renamon stormed off. "Well anyway, our next bit of buisness revolves around this card. I deduce that this is not ordinary Duel Monsters card. Its something much more powerful. Aside from being a one of a kind card, there has to be soemthing on this card that makes Mel Ilevando want it so badly."

Gary nodded vigorously and took out the card. "Its a card known as Viser Des Dragon-Lord of the Destiny Heroes. Yuki and I will not reveal anymore about this to you. After all, if I do then you will proably know more then you should."

Gary put the card along with the decka way. "Alright, we should be hitting Mistress 9, in about an hour or so."

IC: "Yeah, ok." I said, sitting down in the pilots chair, and began to swivle around until Salamon made me stop. "Geez maybe you should just let him pilot. He just went to pout in his room, and you wont just let him--" I said up until Salamon bit my ankle to make me stop talking. "Gawd let me finish my sentence before you do that..." I rubbed the mark, and the turned wround in the chair.

There were alot of buttons, and the only ones I knew that I knew how to work were the knobs on the out-dated radio. I had a pretty good idea of what to do,so I didnt say anything. "Alrighty... what till then?"

Renamon walks towards Danny and places a hand on his shoulder, he was trembling slightly, like he did every time that he was angry, "Do you want to talk about it danny?" She whispers.

Danny turns to her slightly, "You were there Zorra... you heard him."

Renamon sits on the floor, "Danny you can't blame him, I mean, and you weren't even an agent until he needed your skills. If he had said anything else would you have agreed to be here?"

"No…" Danny said honestly.

Renamon hugs him, "There is no reason why you should be so angry, he didn't even say anything that promised you the Pilot spot… even though he forced you to take those lessons."

Danny smiles and hugs her, "you're right, I shouldn't be mad, I should just do my job." Renamon nods as Danny runs his hands over the engine, "Looks like I'll be getting to know her very well…"

I tapped on the steering wheel, which was more of a steering stick, out of pure boredom. Yuki had offered a game of dual monsters a while back, but I declined. I knew. I looked bored, and I knew everyone knew I was bored, but I continued to stare and tap. I watched a couple birds fly by, then let my head drop. I looked up, and began to tap again.

Danny felt the engine turn as though someone was playing with the steering, "What in the…" He places his hand on the fan that wired every few seconds. "Zorra could you go check it out."

Renamon nods and heads up to the cockpit, on her way she passed a few rooms, she knew one belonged to her and Danny, but she wasn't sure which. When she reached the cockpit she saw that only one person was at the helm, walking over quickly and quietly she was next to her in a matter of moments, "Um excuse me young lady… but you shouldn't play with that." She says gently the way a mother would.

"I am so bored." I said turning around on the captain's chair. Gary hit me over the head with a fan almost exqactly liek Deputy-commander Gallantmon's. "Where did you get that?!" I screamed in horror.

"I borrowed it from the deputy commander." Said the Dorumon laughing hysterically. "I thought it would be funny if we could all try imitations of him." He continued while ahdning the fan to Tessa. "I mean the only thing the man is good for is making fun of."

"Well, I guess it will be fun...will be." I said poingitn out to a purple planet. "That is the planet of the underwordl. The paradise of all crime lords, Mistress 9." The planet looked completely ominous.

As we landed we saw we were in huge urban area with much smog creating the purple effect we had scene from the sky. "I gurentee you, that Mell Llvandoa re also part of the smog thing."

"So... does the smog make it dangerous..?"I asked, standing up ans stretching.

Salamon shook her head. "Its reletively light. It just hovers about a mile above the land. So I guess it has to do with where you are for it to be dangerous."

"Well that reminds me of home.." I said thinking about Friday nights where the pollution in the air sets down to the ground. You couldnt even leave your home until morning because people could just drop and die.

"Well Salamon isn't the geotechnical director for the Digital Service for nothing. I mean she would know if the land if the land was not safe." I said. "By the by, I really liekd the bookl you wroted entitled "Pollution, the true Armegeddon." Gary hit me on the head because he knew I was about to ask for an autograph.

"Thanks, Gary!" I said taking the fana nd smacking him over the head. We then began to play fight until I got a call on my D-terminal. "Hello, Kuroiu, speaking?" The voice said, "Hello, this is Deputy-commander Gallantmon, the great and most chivilrous of all Gallantmon! I, Deputy Commander Gallantmon, want to ask fi you all safely landed on the planet's surface. The reason is that I, Deputy-commander Gallantmon, need to file a report. As you know, I, Deputy COmamnder Gallantmon, have to make sure that everything in the Digital Service is working out fine."

I rolled my eyes. "Yes Sir, Gary, me, and the rest of the crew have jsut landed. We will be going to the underground fighting ring that you told us to check out...in your long long long letter." Gary snickered and pretendeted to be the windbag of an officer. "What is so funny Agent Kuroiu?! I, Deputy-comamnder Gallantmon, want to know what is so funny?!" I paused nervously then said, "Nothing your majesty...I mean sir!" He angry grunted, "Well it better be nothing, because I, Deputy-Comamnder Gallantmon will dock your pay! Well, this is the Deputy-comamnder saying goodbye!" He hung up and Gary and me began to laugh hysterically. "Anyway, we are to go to an underground arena at the otherside of the city."


OOC: In Digimon X-evolution, The Royal Knight Gallantmon speaks EXACTLY liekt he deputy comamnder. He says in EVERY sentence "I, Dukemon(Gallantmon's Japanese name)..." Thus he is the inspirationh of the deputy commander.

"Why didnt they tell us that first?! I would have landed closer! GEEZ!" I yelled, throwing my hands in the air. I stopped for a minute to re-think it. "Whats the city like? I mean we might as well walk. No point in starting the ship again, because it would take about 20 or 30 minutes to start up anyway..."

Salamon muttered something under her breath, and I ignored it with this: "And Im not gonna let Salamon digivolve 'till she's off restriction." Salamon shot me a look, but knew I was kidding.

OOC: Arrgh... First of all, a lot has happened in two days... Second of all, Akio, you ignored my post! Lilice was on the ship just like everyone else! Why wasn't she assigned a mission like everyone else as well...?

And my OOC question from my last post wasn't answered yet either. Sorry to sound mean, but most people don't like it when their posts are ignored...

As Lilice sat through the meeting, she heard something about going to a planet called Mistress 9. While she listened to what Yuki and Gallantmon had to say about this planet and the duties of everyone else on the ship, she spoke no words whatsoever, so as to not sound rude. She spent part of the meeting staring intently at the two "leaders" of the mission, another part glancing at Tsukaimon, and about half the time her hand was in the air, like a student waiting to ask a question.

When the spaceship landed on Mistress 9, Lilice walked out onto the purple surface of the planet and began to follow Yuki. Tsukaimon flew beside her.
"I wonder what we're going to be doing in this mission," Tsukaimon wondered. "Hey, maybe if we're not assigned anything like the rest, we can just be free, you know, work independently on this mission. Like join the fight against the enemy ships that were predicted to atack us."
"That's not a bad idea, actually," Lilice agreed. "It reminds me of the past, when we usually did things on our own. Yet, there is one flaw, I have to admit. It seems that Gallantmon wants this to be a team effort, so it would not be a good idea to just run off on our own without anybody knowing. Otherwise they might think we were captured or something and stop whatever they're doing to try and rescue us."
Lilice reached over and gave Tsukaimon a gentle squeeze of the cheek.
"And you know how I hate to be rescued."

Pretty soon, Lilice was standing right next to Yuki and Gary.
"Hello there," Lilice greeted, trying to seem polite yet not over-friendly. "I'm Lilice, in case you didn't notice me before. After all, much of my work had been independent in the past. Which reminds me... Did you have anything planned for one extra person to do on this mission... like say me? If not, I suppose Tsukaimon and I can figure something out on our own... your call."

OoC: Sorry that I haven't been active as of late, WoW has taken up alot of time... That and work, etc... Blegh.
@Akio: You got to see X-Evolution? Am I just slow, or didn't that only get a Japan release?

"So... We're on Mistress 9, and we're looking for... An underground fight ring, or something?" Rioru took Xeros off of her head and started throwing him up and down. Xeros was such a deep sleeper he didn't notice at all. "And sorry I didn't help at all on the way here. I'm a bit slow." Rioru threw Xeros up again, but she accidentally missed the catch, and the Gigimon plummeted to the floor, waking him up instantly.

"What happened? Where's the enemy?!" Xeros growled.

"Geez, calm down..." Rioru poked the Gigimon with her foot. "By the way, I was half-asleep this whole time, so anyone mind catching me up?" Rioru's slowness often got the best of her, leaving her one step behind any teammates she had, including Xeros.

OOC: Alright Ninetails, you post like one a month, so I can undestand thatg youa re busy, but you like aren't the most often poster so I assumed we would be done by the tiem you got back. Also you can make it Crusadermon. As for you Midnight, its called a download. XDDD
IC: "Oh yeah Lilice. Yeah he diddn't really put anything about you in the report so I guess you can scout out the planet. We need to find the underground ring, so you can go find Mel Illvando people. After all they might want to know exactly what we are looking for."

Gary poked me on my back. "She might as well come with us. This palce is way to dangerous for her to be left alone. I mean this place is known to seel humans and digimon. I really don't want to go back to Deputy-commander Gallantmon and tell him one of the agents was sold on the black market. I can see it now." Gary stood up straight. "How dare you lose my agfents. I, Deputy-commander Gallantmon, fire you!"

I got a bit sicka fter hearing that. "Your right, alright Lilice come with us i guess. However, stay attentive and listen. You will need to be. Alright, in the underground ring both Tessa and Cain will be aprticipating."

"Alright. Gallantmon is a dork. We all know that now. And he resembles a toothpick around the waist." I said, putting my hands on my own waist. Then I looked at the city. Waaaaaaaay over in the distance. "Ugh..." Salamon muttered something, but I ignored it again.

She looked up. The sky looked different now. When we had landed, it was a yucky brown shade, but it was slowly changing purple. "Ew...." She said, and looked down again. "The gasses are in rotation. Its sunrise, so some of the lighter gasses are rising from all the stuff going on in the city." She nodded her head, and stuck her nose up.

"You know, I love that you keep me from dying from toxic gas, but when you put it like that it makes me want to punch babies." I said. Salamon laughed sarcasticly, stopped short, then kicked my ankle.

"Thy're worse then us." I said folding my arms. Gary slapped his head. "This is oing to be a LOOOOOOOONG mission. LOnger then the time Old wind bag made us babysit his daughter. I swear that Guillemon daughter of his is evil incarnate. She made Gary put ona dress and pretend to be lady Huffington." I bgean to laugh hysterically. "METAL BALL!" Gary yelled balsting a huge metal sphere at my head. I flew about ten feet and was hit square right in the face. "That was compeltely worth it."

We began to walka round the dismal city. We saw shacks and tents were there were thousands of homeless tamers and partners alike. "Wow, this is just depressing. I guess Mel Illvando compeltely tore this palce apart." Gary nodded. "Mistress 9, used to be a giant tourist attraction up til ten years ago. They were said to have found some power and then after two monthes of becomign the economic capital of the universe, it became what it now."

"Wow, you msut have a weak attack, but a strong mind. I didnt get anything no bumps no black eyes, but now I kn ow more about this place." I said. "However, I do know what they found here. This planet's pollution is a result of Digimodium Ore. It is said that one could even create the exlixer of life is used correctly, hwoever if not could destroy the ecosystem."

Suddenly a huge limo with Mel Illvando's symbopl appeared. Out of the car appeared five people and digimon all dressed in black. A man with black sunglasses and spikey ahir and a balck suiot stepped forward. "I am Argus Kurogane. This here is my friend Kudamon." Argus said motioning to the pipe fox digimon wrapped around his neck. "We were sent by the head master to welcoem the Digital Service's agents for this mission. Yuki, we need you and Cain to come with us." I shook my head. "Why not we ahve a D-battle instead. Gary, why not take the stage?" Gary smiled.

Argus slapped his head and took out a black ciggarette. "Alright, let's battle and when I win, I will take your data and drag you back to HQ."Digisoul full charge!" KJudamon began to glow. "Kudamon Shinka! Qillinmon!" A large Horse-like Drgaon Digimon appeared infront of Gary.

"Your not the only one that can do that! Yuki, now!" I nodded. "Digisoul full Charge!" Gary then began to glow. "Dorumon Shinka!" He turned into a Dragon-human gold armored knight. "Grademon!" I gave Gary the thumbs up. "Gary take this dude, out to the cleaners and back!"

Rioru stared in disbeleif at Argus and Yuki, her mouth agape. Xeros, who had crawled back on Rioru's head, shared the same expresion. "No way!" They both said. Rioru pointed a finger, and Xeros a stubby leg. "Why do you get to fight?" Again, in unison. Xeros jumped clumsily off of Rioru's head, and Rioru adjusted her gloves and headband. Xeros started to glow, and then, in his place was Guilmon's counterpart, BlackGuilmon. Rioru whipped out her digivice.

"BlackGuilmon, shinka!" Xeros again glowed, then evolved into BlackGrowlmon. Xeros let out an intimidating growl. "See? We can fight, too!" Rioru and Xeros shouted.

OOC: I'm using a Rookie. And I went from Rookie to Perfect(Wierd but fast XD).
IC: "We can see that, but Argus challen ged us." I said looking at them with a solemn expression. Argus snapped hsi fingers. "Sorry, but I am not that east to beat. Qilinmon if you please?" Qilinmon nodded and assulted Gary with his enourmoud horn.

Gary stopped him with hsi sword and knocked him right back into Argus. "Gary, please take this jerk out as soon as possible." Gary nodded. "Cross Blade!" Gary creatiung a giant cross shape and knocked out Qilinmon easily.

"Oh, come on!" Rioru shouted. "Xeros, back to BKGuil, if would," Rioru huffed, irriated. Xeros let out an agitated sigh, and reverted to his Child form. "The fight's over, and we don't get to do a thing, just waste a little energy evolving you to BKGrowl, huh?" Xeros let a bit of green flame shoot out of his nostrils before crossing his arms, turning around and sitting down.

"Oh, great. This is one of the bad things about having a BK. Sure, they look cooler, and in certain cases, don't say "I, insert-name-of-certain-Digimon-here" all the time, but they sure can be... Well, like Xeros." The BlackGuilmon just sat there, his tail slowing wagging back and forth. "But anyways, now that we're here, what do I do?"

"Don't imitaten him he appeared out of no where!" said Gary still as Grademon. "We know, once I prenteded to be him, and he came out of no where and made me baby-sit his evil daughter...for a week this time! I relaly hate that little Guilmon girl. SHe is the most twisted, spoiled, spawn of darkness I have ever met..."

"...now that Gary's episode is over..." Gary reverted back to Dorumon. "Accoridng to my D-terminal's D-navigator, we are ten miles from the Undergrounhd ring...scrath that ten feet its over there." I pointed to a large building. "Yeah if this is udnerground then..."

Gary and I ran inside to see there was a huige staircase going downstars. As we went down, we heard crowds cheering. As we went further down we heard more cheering and more excitement. "I wonder where this is going." i said to Gary. Gary replied, "Yuki, open the door, I think I know whatr behind it." I nodded. "I do too."
