Aww, someone took my Crest of Wisdom, so I can't use my favourite Digimon tamer in this RPG... No worries, I have a Plan B. Now I will transform some Pokemon I created into Digimon!

Name: Kelsey Fables
Age: 18
Country: Either Singapore or Viet Nam--she travels back and forth between the two.
Appearance: Silphia is about 5 feet tall and quite thin. She has straight, shoulder-length, dark red hair and dark brown eyes. She wears a flowy, mediumsleeved lavender shirt, a long blue skirt, light purple socks, and black sandals. She also wears glasses and an aqua hat.
Personality: One can say Kelsey is mentally strong but physically and emotionally weak. Though she is very smart, her emotions can fog her mind completely. She tends to be modest and quiet and gets depressed quite easily, and she also has very bad luck thanks to Celia (see history). When someone compliments her or says she can do something, she often doubts it. Yet on the plus side, she has a very strong connection to her Digimon.

History: For a completely unknown reason, Kelsey lived her life under a curse cast upon her and her parents by her great-grandmother Celia. According to her dad, a retired magician named Dan, the reason behind the curse was Kelsey's mother, Mai. Mai was a naive young girl who met Dan once and fell in love with him--maybe the curse occurred because Celia wanted Mai to be with a Vietnamese man--which Dan was not (he was Russian)--or because the two of them ran away to Singapore after they met. Anyways, this curse affected Dan by making his career go down the drain, and it also caused Mai to die just before Kelsey was born. Yet Dan had no regrets even though he was rather poor at the time--he still loved Kelsey and Kelsey still loved him.
Kelsey never really had any friends in her early years, probably due to the curse as well as her shy nature. But there was one thing she was interested in: Digimon. Digimon was rather popular then, and Kelsey got into it pretty quickly--what a wonderful way to digress from her otherwise miserable life. But what was really neat was the first time that her luck changed for a moment: she found a Digimon card! However, it was a Digimon that she had never heard about before: Gypsymon, who looked kind of like a humanoid spider. Kelsey kept it for a while and then started collecting more cards.
Later on, Kelsey got into battling as well, but she wasn't really that good at it. She started this wen she was twelve and quit after two years of little or no rewarding experiences. And besides, there was one other boy named Kaida that kept picking on her whenever he saw her in a Digimon battle, and he was rather good at himself. He eventually went on to be a champion, leaving Kelsey to just stay at home and leave her Digimon deck in her room. And so it sat for about four more years.
One day, when Kelsey went home after her sixteenth birthday, she walked into her room to see the most astonishing yet wonderful sight. There were six little creatures wandering around her room--those creatures were Digimon! Her Digimon cards were scattered on the floor as well, so this probably means that the Digimon came out of the cards. Anyways, Kelsey recognized four of the Digimon: Gatomon, Gomamon, Lopmon, and Candlemon. The fifth was a sprout Digimon she never heard of named
Ochamon, and the sixth, to her surprise, was Gypsymon!! And soon, Kelsey started to wander the Digital World, which was a marvelous place according to Kelsey. Perhaps it was her Digimon friends that made it seem so wonderful, but it sure was. Anyways, over time, some of the Digimon became more comfortable in their Digivolved forms, so over time the team consisted of Nefertimon, MarineAngemon, Lopmon, Wizardmon, Witchmon*, and Clovermon (Ochamon was her In-Training form).
But then came the tragic time when Digimon started to disappear everywhere. To some people that didn't like the idea of monsters roaming about, this was a good idea, but many Digimon tamers were devastated. Anyways, in this time, a sort of black hole appeared, sucking Kelsey and her Digimon into it. (They were still in the Digital World at this time.) This hole was actually a portal that took them back to the real world. However, not all the Digimon made it there; Witchmon had disappeared somehow. And when Wizardmon came out, he was in bad shape, and before he could be cured he burst into data. In the days that followed, more of Kelsey's Digimon met this fate. First came Marine Angemon, then Lopmon pretty quickly. Kelsey was devastated by this, even though she still had two Digimon left.
Kelsey remembered something from before: something about the curse. If Kelsey won a Digimon battle with Celia, the curse would break. Kelsey had had one of these battles when she was twelve, but she lost then. Anyways, in the present time Kelsey decided to go back to Viet Nam to seek out Celia once again. Nefertimon would fare pretty well against the Devimon Celia had. But when she got there and found Celia's house, she discovered that Devimon had disappeared too in what many called the "Digi Plague". Therefore, no battle could be held. Kelsey would have to do something else to remove the curse...
A few days later, Nefertimon disappeared. This saddened Kelsey most of all; Nefertimon had been her single hope of curing the curse In fact what calmed her down later was the fact that Celia's Digimon disappeared too, and besides she still had Clovermon. This event only happened a couple of days ago. Kelsey now wanders around with the fear of Clovermon disappearing too, running out of options for curing the curse. Back to square one.

*Witchmon, for those of you who don't know, is the Champion form of Arukenimon. She doesn't seem to have a definite Rookie form, so therefore I created Gypsymon to fill in that slot.
