[Graphics] Disable Pokemon Emerald animations

    Title.

    I saw in a thread that Chaos Rush posted a patch some years ago to disable Emerald's animations but I don't believe it's still currently available.
    Does anybody have the patch or would be able to offer some help?
     
    Thank you for the response! My issue here is that I'm a bit of a beginner in Hex.
    Is Pokemon Emerald written in Little Endian? Otherwise, I'm unsure about changing the pointers.
    Also, is a patch still available?
