Well, I've been saving up for a while for a Les Paul, I had $1700, standard was like $2500 or something and Studio was $1400. I was too stubborn to continue saving so I just said screw it and bought one. :P

I was gonna do the same and get an Epiphone Explorer, until my friend gave me the Gibson for free.
Then I had my guitar tech hook it up with the purplee and boooyah.
There ya go....
I don't remember what I spent that 800 bucks on though....I think it was cigarettes.xD
 
Dude, that's beasty, but I would have laughed if you wasted that 20 bucks. xD

And on another note.. Star is pretty cute. o_o
