Nah, I'm only a stalker to my freinds... Just watch my profile status while I'm VMing someone :P

Some I'm assuming that you are the anoying one? Well, we might be good friends then. I have two older sisters. We are never on very good terms for long XD (If you chatch my drift.)

Here's the new SU.

Human Character
Name: Spencer "Grif" Griffon

Sex Male

Age 14

History: Grif grew up in Eckruteak city (Johto) which is bound with legends of the two legendary bird Pokemon. He is an only child, living with his mother and father. His was a Pokemon trainer, which inspired Grif to become a trainer too. However, a few years before the events of this RPG, he disappeared, as with all his belongings. He did however leave a letter explaining that he could not return without putting his whole family in danger; this was attached to a Pokemon Egg, a present for Grif, and his wedding ring (Sob). Grif took well over a year to get over the disappearance of his father, and may occasionally break when under stress. The police found multiple clues leading to Team Rocket when investigating his father's disappearance, so Grif has always blamed them for it. Eventually the egg he received hatched into a young Absol cub, which he named Sol. One of Grif's father's favourite Pokemon. Grif has travelled over most of the west parts of Johto, with Sol, not to challenge Gym's but just to see the sights and learn more about the legends surrounding the areas. Grif has however entered a Pokemon contest to cheer Sol up, and proved her to be a worthy foe in a contest battle. After this Grif agreed to enter Sol in contests they find whilst travelling. *Note* Grif is visiting his cousin in SnowPoint City when he Mesprit appears in his dream.

Appearance

Pokemorph Pokemon: Treecko
[PokeCommunity.com] Distorted World [PG-16] - OOC

Body: Grif has hazel brown hair which is worn at a medium length which reaches a few centimetres above his shoulders. Apart from this there is no styling to it, which suits him. His eyes are a deep brown which is strange due to all of his family having pale blue eyes, they are the exact shade of brown that his hair is. He is also fairly tall for his age, with the height of an average 16 year old. His skin colour is relatively pale as well; this is surprisingly different from his eye and hair colour. He also has poor eyesight from when he was younger.

Pokemon Attributes: Becoming similar to the Treecko evolution group has changed his appearance dramatically. He is roughly the same height as he was, although very slightly shorter, and he has lost a finger, making him less dextrous, but tiny hairs on his hands provide extra grip when climbing. His skin has become slightly rubbery and smooth, it is also now green. His eyesight has increased though, meaning his glasses have become near enough useless, his eyes have also become a shade of orange with very thin, reptilian pupils. His stomach and chin have now become a scarlet red, and he now has a green bush-like tail.

Clothes: Grif's cloths are still roughly the same as the clothes he was wearing before he vanished from Sinho, a white T-shirt, black shoes and trousers, and an orange Jacket with a matching cap. His clothes have also become smaller to fit him, and his trousers have changed to fit his tail. He has awoken though wearing thin fingerless gloves. He also gains the ability to roughly predict the weather. (A trait common in the Treecko evolutions)

Personality: Grif tends to be light-hearted and easy going. But tends to act with-out thinking, this has often put him in more trouble than he can remember. He tries to get past bad things by making jokes to try and make him and others feel better, which usually makes thing worse, which can put him at a distance from other people. But he is a very loyal friend and will always try to put things right. He loves to draw and can be very creative, always thing out-side the box, often too far, making him create completely ridiculous plans to solve the simplest things. He also loves Dragon type Pokemon (That could add some conflict between TheJewelOfLifes character and mine). Once Grif transforms into the Pokemorph, he starts to think about the consequences of his actions more.

Pokemon Character

Species: Absol

Sex: Female

Nickname: Sol

[PokeCommunity.com] Distorted World [PG-16] - OOC

History: Sol is Grif's first Pokemon, left for him as an egg. She has travelled with him over most of Johto and the northern regions of Sinho. Her mother was Grif's father's Absol and has a strange emotional link with Grif, almost being able to tell what the others thinking. She has been able to alert Grif of many dangers that he has faced through his travels. Despite Grif's and Sol's close relationship, they usually argue. Most of the time it is about something very trivial, like where to go first. Sol was never a very violent Pokemon, always hinting to Grif to enter a Contest with him. But Grif never thought much of contests, and would prefer to see the sights of Johto rather than practice for a Contest, eventually though Grif did enter a contest and Sol showed Grif just how much that meant to her by giving it her all.

Appearance:
Body: Sol looks much like a bipedal Absol, still keeping her tail, fur and Blade. She looks much like a 19 year old girl, and is very attractive. Her fingers have become more slender to be able to use them more effectively. She also keeps her mane, and she is about the height of Grif. He fur seems to have become glossier, and her eyes have changed from the classic Absol red into a deep gold. The jet-black blade that was originally near her neck has now become a short-sword which is similar to a katana, which she uses to perform moves like NightSlash.

Clothing: Sol now wears a very regal, but simple dress that still allows her to perform amazing aerobics. She does not wear shoes though, but does wear a necklace that has a gold ring on the end; it is identical to Grif's father's wedding ring. She also wears a Black scabbard to keep the blade in.

Personality: Sol rarely talks, and only does so when it is necessary to warn others. She is also very serious, which reflects her ability to warn others of disasters, which can be an invaluable asset. She seems to find Grif's jokes child-ish and inappropriate and, at times, can be the opposite of Grif. This for some reason makes them perfect partners. She starts off struggling to adjust to her new form by making off predictions and failing to perform moves, but slowly gets used to it and starts to feel relaxed and less serious. She also knows much in human society and is very intelligent. She loves to enter contests, which reflects her clothing.

Okay guys, important update! I am moving the SU deadline to June 11. This is for a few reasons. First, a couple of you haven't given certain parts of your SUs that are needed for me to accept them. Next, I know some of you wanted feedback on your SUs, and I took my sweet time getting back to you on that. In order to give everyone time to see this and fix up anything they feel they should, I moved the date to Friday. Finally, the last reason is that I am really lazy/busy, and haven't actually made an SU for my own characters yet. Orz
So yes, put up with me for a smidgen longer, and meanwhile here is some feedback for all the SUs thus far:

Read the review of my SU, and I'm glad about the feedback.
I've added some extra things to both Grif's and Sol's history, although I couldn't think of a decent reason why the two of them are so different. I came up with the idea because Absols seem very serious in the anime. And I've got my SU sample up and running. Woot!

PS. Anyone else noticed the strange amount of Ground types here? There's;

My Pokemorph - Gible

TheJewelOfLifes Pokemorph/partner - Sandshrew and Gligar

X75Flames Pokemorph/partner - Marshtomp and Vibrava

It's kind of odd...

Yeah, I might change my Pokemorph (Assuming RainbowMuchies lets me). To minimise the amount of Ground (And Dragon) types, probably a grass-type because no-ones signed up with a grass-type Pokemorph yet. Although my Characters personality will stay much the same.

Ground types and dragons rule! We dont know whos getting accpted yet though. You might be the only one with a ground type...

How true, but most likely there will be more than one person with the Ground-type. After looking through the possible grass-types I probably will change to one, I'm thinking Treecko maybe.

Aza-- no problem! I just hope everyone gets them together by friday night. Right now, I actually don't think there are enough completed SUs for me to fill my quota. :/

Grif-- feel free to change anything you like. :3 Just make sure it's completely complete by friday night.

RM I fixed my SU, but couldn't think of anything to add to my history......

Yes, it is finally done  Sorry for all of the false alarms, i'm a little busy at the moment  I am actually very proud with these guys as they are the most detailed characters I have ever made. :)

Human Character
Name: Daemon Loss

Sex: Of the Male species :P

Age: 17

History: Daemon was born in Goldenrod City in Johto as the last son in the family. The other members were his dad and mum, Jayden and Macy, and his year older sister, Isabelle. Being the youngest of the family, Daemon always felt he was being looked down on by his parents who he believed to prefer his sister over him. As he
grew up, his sister continued to be better than him and he couldn't help comparing himself to her. By the time he was thirteen, Daemon had self esteem problems and was being bullied at school. He was not happy with his life.

Daemon wished he could have a Pokemon of his own like all the other kids at school, but his parents refused to buy him one as they said he had to share with his sister. However, Isabelle never let him interact with her Chinchou and Daemon longed for his own friend. One day he followed his dad to the Game Corner and Jayden showed him the basics of gambling. Daemon found the games tricky but it very quickly got boring. Just as they were about to leave, though, he sighted a Dratini locked in a tiny cage, on show as a prize for the gambling.

Daemon was shocked at the conditions of the poor thing. It looked sick from lack of fresh air and sunlight, and it was dirty from the uncleaned muck in it's cave. Longing to help the poor creature, Daemon devoted his time to gambling. After 6 months of sneaking out during the middle of the night he finally succeeded in getting the money he needed. He walked up to the desk and traded his coins for the small creature and watched as they smashed a Pokeball roughly against it's head and handed it to him. Happily, Daemon ran home to heal up his new companion.

Many things happened over the next three years. Daemon grew a strong bond with his Dratini, who he had not nicknamed. His parents found out about her a short while after she had come home with him and he told them some random story which they miraculously believed. Now that Dratini was all cleaned up the pair made it their business to save the other Pokemon kept in the Game Corner and Daemon roughly worked up a team consisting of Dratini, Abra, Ekans and Sandshrew.

Daemon noticed that some of the kids in his class had disappeared, and when he probed he found out that they had been leaving on journeys. He had never really been in to the whole going out and fighting Gym Leaders, blah blah blah, but now that Daemon had a team of reliable friends he decided to give it a go. After blessing from his parents and a bit of preparation he was off and he shone like a star. In just over a year, he had gained a total of 14 badges and his Pokemon had all grown a lot more. Sandslash, Arbok, Alakazam and his first and favourite partner, Dragonite.

Then, Arceus transported Daemon and Starr to an unknown place. A new chapter is beginning...

Appearance
Pokemorph Pokemon: Duskull

Body: Daemon has very dark, leathery skin that resembles a Duskull's. His eyes glow a pulsing red colour like jewels and he has short, creamy white hair. He is about 5'6 tall and weighs 56 kg. Moving on from all of the usual, boring stuff, a big change is that an extension to his head bones has resulted in a large chunk of bone coming out of his forehead and covering his eyes and nose. It is shaped like the skull mask that a Duskull wears. This mask of his is a hinderance to him as it sometimes obstructs his view and as a result he trips on things on the road and walks into thin, tall things like poles often. He is still getting used to running. It has also become very awkward when he sneezes (Ha ha, just had to put that in XD) It is a vulnerable spot because the bone is fragile and easy to damage. He is unable to wear shoes as his feet trail off like a Duskull's tail.

Clothes: Daemon was given some bright clothing by Arceus so that he didn't feel like he would fade into a dark background. He covers his chest with a yellow shirt with some green and white swirls that basically radiate brightness, but Daemon feels kind of stupid wearing it. The rest of his wardrobe isn't so bright. A black leather sleeveless vest rests over his shirt and is decorated with multiple pockets and zippers. Daemon's legs are wrapped in a pair of faded, dark blue jeans that are an exact replica of his favourite jeans from his old life. The only difference is that a silver chain decorates his left leg, stretching from his front pocket to the back. He thinks his clothes are stylish and gives him an aura of 'awesomeness'. The only thing missing are some cool shoes, which he is unable to wear because of the shape of his feet.

Pokemon Attributes: Explained in the 'Body' section.

Personality: Daemon is the outgoing, straight-shooting type. He is enthusiastic and excitable, a "doer" who lives in the world of action. In a nutshell, he is a blunt, straight-forward risk-taker, willing to plunge right into things and get their hands dirty. He likes to live in the here-and-now, and place little importance on introspection or theory. Daemon look at the facts of a situation, quickly decides what should be done, executes the action, and moves on to the next thing.

Daemon has an uncanny ability to perceive people's attitudes and motivations. Can picks up on little cues which go completely unnoticed by most other people, such as facial expressions and stance. Typically, he is always a couple of steps ahead of the person they're interacting with. He uses this ability to get what he want out of a situation. He sees rules and laws as guidelines for his behaviour, rather than mandates. If Daemon decides that something needs to be done, then his "do it and get on with it" attitude takes precedence over the rules. However, he tends to have their own strong belief in what's right and what's wrong, and will doggedly stick to their principles. The rules may hold little value to him, but his own integrity mandates that he will not under any circumstances do something which he feels to be wrong.

Daemon has a strong flair for drama and style. He likes to be the kind of fast-moving, fast-talking guy who have an appreciation for the finer things in life. He typically makes things up as they go along, rather than following a plan, and loves to have fun, making him a fun person to be around. He can sometimes be stupidly hurtful to others without being aware of it, as he generally does not know and may not care about the effect their words have on others. It's not that Daemon doesn't care about people, it's that his decision-making process does not involve taking people's feelings into account. He makes decisions based on facts and logic.

Pokemon Character
Species: Dragonite

Sex: Female

Nickname: Starr (Chosen by Starr as her new name)

History: Starr was abused as a child. She had a small time before the bad things when she was truly happy. She hatched into the loving arms of her mother who always took care of her, and together they lived in Dragon's Den as a happy pair. Then the worst happened. A bunch of Pokemon Poachers stormed their way into their home and began looking for rare Pokemon. Being a Dratini, Starr was on top of that list and she was captured by them in no time at all. Her mother, who had tried to protect her, was killed by them and taken away to be made into some hideous human piece of furniture.

Starr, on the other hand, was thrown in the back of a truck with some other Pokemon that she new as friends and left there as the truck moved away from their homes. They were all young, separated from their family. It was horrible for her to watch as, one by one, they were pulled out of the truck and sold to different people. Then it was Starr's turn. She was taken out of the truck and put into a storage cage in the back of some prison like building which she later found out to be the Goldenrod City Game Corner. There were a few other Pokemon back their with her and they all looked in bad condition.

For a year Starr was kept in that prison like place. She was repeatedly put out on show for the most expensive price, but no-one could win enough coins to afford her. So every day she was swept back into that cold metal room and her health rapidly decreased. Then one day, something changed. Starr was on show when she saw a boy of about thirteen looking at her in a sympathetic way. Suddenly he began to appear every night, trying to win numerous coins. She had a hopeful inkling that this boy might save her.

Finally, after 6 months of watching the boy come to and fro it happened. Starr was set free again. The boy had come to save her and he had her undying gratitude. She was thankful for her luck and the boy took good care of her. In no time at all she was clean and healthy again. But she couldn't stop worrying about the other Pokemon in the back of the Game Corner. She expressed her feelings to the boy, whose name was Daemon, to go and help them, and he obliged.

The next four years were good for Starr. The pair of them went to the Game Corner repeatedly and sucessfully saved a number of Pokemon, all of which became good friends. Then Daemon had a sudden longing to go on a Pokemon journey when he was sixteen and the group set off. They bonded in a most incredible way and grew as friends, partners and fighters. They also had changed physically, all of them in different bodies from the ones they started with. Starr herself was now a healthy, strong Dragonite, the muscle of Daemon's team.

Then, Arceus transported Daemon and Starr to an unknown place. A new chapter is beginning...

Appearance
Body: Starr used to look like an ordinary Dragonite, but when she woke up she discovered that she had changed quite a bit. She was no longer a giant, hulking creature but a slim and fragile looking 16 year old human. Her skin is the same pale orange colour that makes her look like she spent way to long in a tanning machine. Her eyes are brown and large, and she has grown straight, reddish brown hair that hangs down past her shoulder. Even though she was tdurned part human, she has kept some of her Dragonite attributes. The first thing you would notice is the long tail poking out from a hole in her dress. It is as just longer than one of her legs and is a different, creamy white colour on the bottom half.

The next thing that catches your eye are her wings. Granted, they have shrunk a lot so they can fit on her back, but they look like they used to. Thin bones stretch out of her back and fold out to reveal beautiful green skin. Starr can still use these to fly, but only for a short time as they are not big enough to hold her new weight, thus giving her her hinderance. Some of the more minor changes are her feet, which have two chunky toes. Poking out of her hair is a blunt lump in the gist of a horn shape. Behind that are two thin antenna. And that is Starr in a nutshell.

Clothing: Starr always liked pretty things when she was a Dragonite, so when Arceus formed her clothes they reflected it in the clothing. She now wears a one-piece dress that is coloured a pure white. The upper part is a strapless top that covers her torso and stops before her shoulders. It attaches to the lower part which is a flowing skirt that is short at the front but stretches out at the back and there is a hole big enough for her tail to fit through. The edge is frilly and very girly. Starr has also tied a white ribbon onto her tail in a neat bow which she tries to keep very clean. Starr doesn't like to wear shoes to keep some of her 'wild pokemon' feeling.

Pokemon Attributes: Explained in the 'Body' section.

Personality: Starr lives in a world of sensation possibilities. She is keenly in tune with the way things look, taste, sound, feel and smell. She is unusually gifted at creating and composing things which will strongly affect the senses, like beautiful trinkets. A strong set of values, which she strives to consistently meet make her a unique person and she needs to feel as if she's living her lives in accordance with what she feel is right, and will rebel against anything which conflicts with that goal.

Starr tends to be quiet and reserved, and difficult to get to know well like Daemon and the rest of his team did. She holds back her ideas and opinions except from those who she is closest to. Starr is very kind, gentle and sensitive in her dealings with others. She shows this in her interest in contributing to people's sense of well-being and happiness, and she will put a great deal of effort and energy into tasks which she believes in.
Along with all this, Starr has a strong affinity for aesthetics and beauty and has a true appreciation for the beauties of nature. She's original and independent, and needs to have personal space. People who take the time to understand her and who support her in pursuing their goals in their own, unique way can never go wrong with Starr. People who don't know her well may see their unique way of life as a sign of carefree light-heartedness, but Starr actually takes life very seriously, constantly gathering specific information and shifting it through their value systems, in search for clarification and underlying meaning. Overall, Starr has a very complicated persona which people and Pokemon respect.

Human Character
Name: Maxwell Armitage
Sex: Male
Age: 36
History:
Maxwell pretty much hit the jackpot from birth. The son of highly successful and wealthy parents, he grew up having pretty much everything he could have wished for and was, of course, raised in his parents' image. The terms he lived on were fairly simple - produce results and you reap rewards. Being privately tutored, young Max never got the chance to have his head filled with the idealistic fairy tales often spread by those teachers that also have the job of raising the children they teach. Instead, he learned the principles of running a business without having the process coloured by moral values. Though he did not grow up friendless the budding bussinessman knew only children of his own social standing, and the games they played together were simply too boring to describe here. The child had a plethora of pets, most of which either died before he reached adulthood or stayed behind as they were actually guardians of his parents' estate. Maxwell himself studied, got himself a degree in managerial economics and went out into the world rather uneventfully.

Some years later, when his stern upbringing and exclusive schooling had earned him a penthouse apartment, an overflowing bank account and... well, little else, Max began to grow bored with his daily routine. Deciding on a whim to get himself a new pet, he looked through some catalogues in search for something suitable. Nothing really struck him as interesting, though, so he conducted a wider search for something unusual and different. In the end, he stumbled upon an article of revived fossils, and what had begun as a mild interest turned into a minor obsession, until Maxwell had gone and bribed a famed archeologist from Kanto into getting him one. Once the revivified Dome Fossil had arrived, Max was ready to get his new hobby started in earnest. Thus far in life his romantic excursions hadn't yielded any lasting fruit, so he was free to pursue the training of his new pet to the exclusion of all else during his free time. As the crawly little rock pokémon was the only creature he knew that didn't have any interest in his work, the two quickly became the best of friends.

With the help of magazines, TV-shows and even a few hired instructors, Maxwell whipped his Kabuto into shape. Inevitably, the two began to battle. Kabuto did well - it had everything a pokémon could want, and was likely just about as strong as it could have been - but it wasn't until it evolved that things really started picking up. Maxwell's business had always been at least moderately successful, but now he suddenly found himself to be a half-decent pokémon trainer too - as well as gaining fame thanks to his exotic pet (just as had been his plan from the beginning). Max met a girl at an office party, and suddenly all that spare time he had seemed to shrink to nothing. Between work, pokémon training and... relations, time was getting scarce, and he would have to cut back on something. Suffice to say, he did not retire. And he married the girl.

She had pets of her own, too, and Kabutops ended up losing much of its importance in Max's life. That's not to say the two weren't close, but Maxwell wasn't exactly a twinkly-eyed league-challenger. Life began to settle around the rotund businessman, he did his thing and the rest of the world did its thing. Then, one day, there was this mysterious dream...

Appearance:

Pokemorph Pokemon: Psyduck

Body:
Far from being any sort of athlete, Maxwell has the physique typical of someone who mostly sits on his behind and enjoys a good meal just a little bit too much. So, yeah, at least turning into a half-Psyduck didn't make his butt much bigger. Towering above the crowd at an impressive 6'6'', Max is also a natural barrel chest and would make for an imposing sight if only he didn't have a much bigger barrel for a belly. His once pasty white skin has now turned a bright yellow (a vast improvement, some would say) and what was once merely an inordinately big mouth has now turned into a full-fledged bill which, while making a very good rest for the man's glasses, is highly impractical when it comes to articulating words.

No one would've bet on it, but Maxwell performed an amazing feat in actually managing to grow more hair by becoming a Psyduck - thus ruining all the effort he's put into carefully shaving and waxing his head. Adding insult to injury, he can barely even hold on to a shaving machine now, with his stubby Psyduck fingers. Having those clumsy, webbed feet doesn't bother him too much, since he could never perform any great feats of acrobatics anyway, and he considers himself lucky his eyes didn't bulge and outgrow his glasses.

Clothes:
Maxwell wears the same classy business attire he did as a human - he'd never show his face in public dressed in anything less. A high-quality black business suit and pants, with a neat white shirt under it and a plain black tie around his neck - all of it custom-made, of course. He wears a pair of ebon-rimmed, reflective glasses over his eyes and tops the outfit off with a red handkerchief, monogrammed in gold and tucked neatly into his breast pocket. After his transformation he is no longer able to wear shoes, and the platinum rings that once adorned his fingers didn't make it - just like his fingers.

Pokemon Attributes:
Aside from a near-constant and highly annoying migraine, which seems to grow as his blood pressure rises, Maxwell has been most highly irritated at his lack of teeth, as gritting his bill tends to rattle his skull and intensify the headache. On the positive side, the rotund businessman is experiencing a marked increase in buoyancy, as well as the ability to stay under water for extended periods of time. Though Psyduck are known to be physically weak, Maxwell's own great size compensates beautifully for this shortcoming. Psyduck's special attack power is its most powerful attribute, and Max does enjoy the various water-related powers he's been granted (the water gun is especially convenient in silencing unwanted irritation factors), and the psychic powers are sweet. Their destructive capabilities aren't what he likes, though, but the fact that they relieve the headache.

Personality:
Maxwell is, was, and sternly believes that he will always be, a businessman. He's concerned with maximum profit at minimal cost, and if you have to break a few eggs to get there, so be it. Though not unfriendly, he only displays a calculated politeness and, in reality, doesn't particularly care about anyone he doesn't know beyond temporary professional relationships. He is used to negotiations and is capable of great feats of patience and empathy - though he is low on sympathy, and certainly doesn't want to be patient. Max is calm and collected, doesn't get worked up very quickly unless someone really hits a nerve - the one thing he likes least of all is children, having always had to put up with his clients' or business partners' spoiled little brats to keep on their parents' good side.

A well-researched, well-planned strategy is always preferable to "winging it" in Maxwell's opinion, and rashness is probably his second greatest pet peeve. Otherwise, he is a balanced and reserved individual, who conducts himself with all the confidence of a wealthy man in the prime of his life.

[PokeCommunity.com] Distorted World [PG-16] - OOC
Kabutops
Sex: Male
Nickname: Occam

History:
Recreated in the modern world from the DNA of its ancestors, Occam was only dimly aware of what was going on during the first period of its life. Some fat man took care of it and fed it, and tried to get it to do tricks or something, but Occam wasn't really paying attention. It was too busy taking in all the marvels that were the world. Eventually, the newness of it all wore off, and the little Kabuto could try to begin to understand its place in the world. At first all it knew was the master, the fat man. Kabuto felt it had nothing to complain about when it came to the master; the master was always nice and always kept it well fed, even though the master was only around half the time. Occam wondered every now and then where the master went during the day, but it didn't seem all that important, and he couldn't ask the master anyway. When the master wasn't home, Occam would simply lie around, dozing off at the bottom of the pool. The waters stung a little, but Occam grew used to it eventually.

Then came the training. Occam was taught how to fight, and moving around felt nice. Some of the maneuvers were hard, but Occam only had to try again and again until it worked - Occam didn't mind working hard to keep the master happy when he was home. After all, Occam had half the day to itself anyway. Eventually, Occam even learned to wipe itself dry before creeping into the master's bed after a dip in the pool. Then came the actual fighting, and Occam was let out onto an arena to practise all those maneuvers on another, real opponent - finally, Occam understood what fighting was. Sometimes it won, sometimes it didn't, but the master seemed happy as long as it fought, so it was all good.

Then came the evolution, and everything suddenly turned so much clearer. Occam still looked up to the master, but also began to understand so much more. Occam would think about the fights it had lost, and try to think of ways to win if he fought the same opponent again, and he began to train and practise on his own during the hours the master - oh, and he knew the master's name now - was gone. Occam became really strong, and had to learn the difference between training dummies and furniture; but the master was still proud, so it was okay to be yelled at a little. Then came the other kind of training - behaviour training. Before it had been enough to be mean and vicious, but now Occam needed to be reserved and cool. It seemed unnecessary at first, but the master said he wanted Occam to follow him to where he was gone during the day. Occam's heart swelled with pride and he did everything just as he was told to.

Occam followed Maxwell to his job, made sure that no one would hurt him, and even cut up a few people that did. Occam realized just how big the world was, and was glad he didn't have to wander it all alone. Eventually, there were fewer and fewer battles, until Occam and Maxwell were only together during work. All other times, there was another human with him, and they didn't always want him along. Occam began to feel that he'd been forgotten, though, of course, he still couldn't say it. Then came this mysterious dream...

Appearance:

Body:
Occam was already fairly humanoid as a pokémon, and aside from growing slightly more streamlined - and a lot bigger - it really didn't change much. It lost its tail and its back spikes turned into little more than bumps, along with its feet growing a few additional claws until they almost resembled human ones. Occam didn't grow any hair, and we should all probably be thankful for that.

Clothing:
In tune with its "watchful bodyguard" style and personality, Occam received a set of clothes virtually identical to those of its master (again, no shoes), with the one different that where its master wears regular - though reflective - glasses, the Kabutops was granted a pair of stylish shades. Even the black tie is pretty much identical to Max's. Of course, such high-quality, tailored outfits do not restrict one's movement very much.

Pokemon Attributes:
Occam retains its armoured shell and its colouration, its iconic claws and its small mouth, though the latter has migrated up to the front of its face. It also retains its head fins, though angled to fit his slightly more human appearance.

Personality:
Being raised by an owner who has always, whether he knows it or not, been a pretty callous fellow, Occam never really received any lessons on popular morality in general. As a result, it pretty much plays tits-for-tats with everyone it meets, treating them nicely or at least nonaggressively if they do the same, and cutting them to ribbons without batting an eyelash if they attack it. Having been around for a while, it's pretty much free of the childish playfulness many pokémon seem to retain almost indefinitely; Maxwell trained it to be more or less a bodyguard for him, and as such it needed to be watchful, and calm enough that he could bring it to social occasions. Naturally, Occam is also trained to pose ferociously whenever its owner feels like bragging about it - though it has been a long time since last time. Generally speaking, this Kabutops has always been kept on a rather short leash, and is not very independent. It displays resentment toward toward those pokémon that do disobey their masters or don't know their place, though it is of course just a little jealous at their freedom.

In battle, Occam is truly alive. He eagerly throws himself into the fray and enjoys soundly defeating his opponents. They say the simplest solution is often the right one, and Occam has two razor-sharp, very simple solutions close at hand at all times - and he likes to use them. He also likes to see blood, and has proven on many occasions to be a highly dangerous bodyguard. While Maxwell isn't famous enough to be assassinated regularly, he does like to take shortcuts through the rougher parts of town, and many a street thugh has shed his lifeblood on Occam's claws - generally, Occam even has the time to look menacing while he does his job, as rock pokémon aren't too fazed by small guns, and not fazed at all by knives. At the same time, he isn't cruel - while it is true that he likes to fight and fight hard, he's just into it for the violence, not because of the suffering the violence causes. Occam still has problems adjusting to the fact that it isn't just him and his master anymore, and as far as pokémon go, he's not a very sociable specimen.

SU Sample:
This sample is from a very old role play on another site, but it seems to me like it should be decent enough to put up.
Spoiler:

SUs are now OFFICIALLY CLOSED.

I will have updates on who was picked, along with my own SU, ASAP.

Ah~! So we'll have our results in soon! :3 Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce the beginning of our fun and games~ >:3

Distorted World Accepted RP SUs
(whew, that was a mouthful)

Spoiler:

That's right! Surprised, aren't you? ;3
I figure that this way no one gets left out, and I will just have one more person if one of you decides to bail or your internet blows up or something-- y'know, one of those things that always happens just as soon as RPs get up and going. >w>;

So!
Since GrifSpark isn't going to be back til the 22nd, and I myself am busy/lazy (I've said this before lulz) we will be officially kicking off this shin-dig on Wednesday evening, June 23rd. That'll give me time to get things together, and make up the rest of my characters (I was partly lazy, partly waiting to see what everyone else picked).

Congrats to everyone! I am so happy to have gotten enough brilliant SUs that I truly could not stay under my own limit. <(>w<)>
If you'd like to work on your first post (I always work on my first in Word b4 I post, since it's usually my longest, then i go back to it and work on it when I have time) it's basically going to be you having the dream, you waking up in an old farm-style shed/cabin thing (think rustic-mountain-cabin) and examining yourself, then you seeing your pokemonz either woken and standing staring at you, or asleep, and examining them/figuring out they can talk/etc. You guys can go ahead and post those (even breaking the aforementioned events into individual posts if you'd like) until I tell you you're allowed to leave the cabin (June 23rd) and then everything will start.

As the lovely MewHigurashi put it--
Let the Games Begin! :D
