Eh, Hilbert and Hilda have been the only really bad ones, I'd say.

Gonna use the name of a colour for my character (and probably my pokes as well), because I like using that theme in games. Currently considering Cerise or Auburn.


If I can bother, I'll SR until I get a shiny Chespin, and name the thing Maroon. Considering both the colour itself and the origin of its name, that's absolutely perfect in three ways.

True enough, though probably the only other one I don't...well, not that I dislike it, but Ethan. Not nearly as bad as Hilbert, but it's so plain it feels like something out of a 90s dub. The others I don't mind so much, but I've never really been a fan of super plain protag names unless, say, their last name has some sort of pizzazz.
