Because I noticed one that did not list one, did not know if there was more that was like that?

I know forums like Pokemon TCG are are modless, but the Higher Staff usually handles those forums when there is no mod present or the mod is taking a leave of absence.

Because on Pokemon Groups it says a mod will have to aprove of a submission before it is posted, and was wondering how that was to happen without a mod present

Things like that are the jurisdiction of Super Moderators when a forum has no mod present. They cover the lower activity boards without mods and the sections where the mod(s) is(are) on a DLOA.

this may be a stupid question.. what is DLOA?

Pretty sure it's an acronym from Definite Leave of Absence. Hiiro is usually over that specific forum but he looks to be on a Leave of Absences, so I would suggest contact another High Staff member.

The D stands for demoted (which Don didn't correct...?), which just means they can return at a later period of time (aka they specify an amount of time, or just PM an admin when they wish to return and get their staff permissions back, or just outright quit and drop off the map :x

In regards to Pokémon Groups, if after 24 hours since posting your thread you do not see your club approved, then you can contact Drew (via PM), and she'd be happy to look into either approving your club or filling you in on why it wasn't approved before.
